No. I just think that without Swanky and TRS here for awhile that the Trekkie arguments will collapse. DarkLord may come here occasionally, but he doesn't even know who Lobot is.

I don't "collapsed" is the right word so much as things have just dwindled off. Just like in the legendary Hulk vs Juggernaut thread that started like 3 years ago, all parties have said their words and the thread falls silent.

In the Hulk vs Juggernaut thread everyone got tired of repeating themselves and I'd just replied to everything with something like "read the whole thread, it's been done".

Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating. But I haven't seen you come up with an argument that does not involve time travel in quite some time.

You'll have a hard time finding any kind of arguement of mine that doesn't involve temporal science at all. But what does that have to do with people not wanting to repeat themselves?

I am just saying that that is all you can really think of.

I had other vague ideas in my mind but I couldn't be bothered to look into them. I wasn't about to go looking through hundreds of episodes of various Star Trek series for a silly topic on a messageboard. That'd just be a colossal waste of time.

I'm not saying I don't like wasting time, but that would be a task beyond my time wasting abilities.

So you can't think of anything to defend ST off the top of your head?

guys, I can't say anything... what is everyone here talking about now anyway?

Well I can't see exactly what he posted. I just saw the two quotes.

Someone said the topic died. I said the pertaining parties have said their words. Thus the thread falls silent.

We have many arguments still left on this side of the argument. It's you, Swanky who seems content with the famous saying, "Let's just agree to disagree".

That's not at all what I'm talking about.

Either you have no good debates left in you or you just slipped into that Trekkie mentality.

What Trekkie mentality?

When they can't win a debate most Trekkies try to end their debates by saying stuff like "Let's agree to disagree", "You can't compare the two. They are in two different galaxies", "They can't fight if they never existed", and the list goes on.

"Most" Trekkies... you just copies lines TRS and I have said. How can you claim to know a "Trekkie mentality" when at best you vaguely know up to two terrible Trekkies? Hilarious.

You cannot prove that. If I were to quote TRS amd you I would have used your exact words. I have been on other forums, Swanky. I know more than a few Trekkies. These are just some things Trekkies say when they're lost.

I think we all know the "they're too different" one is TRS and the "can't fight if they don't exist" is my time humping comment because when "trekkies" are losing they talk about warping the timeline against foes with no defense against it. Further back, I think TRS was the one to try to bring peace with "let's agree to disagree".

What I'm saying is of what we've chosen to argue, everything's been said and so the topic became dead. I'm not going to be poorly goaded into finding different methods of attack because a few bored monogamous sci-fi fans want to keep talking.

Yes you two brought up those arguments. And TRS did try to bring peace with "Let's agree to disagree". But I wasn't referring to you, TRS, or this thread. I was talking about Trekkies in general. If I wanted to bring up old quotes I would have made them exact. More Trekkies than you and TRS have said those lines. I've visited other forums. It's always the same. And I wasted trying to goad you. I was merely stating that it is not all said and done. We won't really have a clear victor (Though only like eight people, max defended ST.) until we all come to a unanimous decision. We should all agree that SW wins. Without Q they're doomed.
