KOTOR III

Maybe they started in secret, to stop all the fuss relating KOTOR3, if no one think they are making it, information can leak.

Hmm... well a game as popular as this, it would only take 1 employee to say it and it would be allover the web.

He doesn't, I just wasted the whole day looking at every search engine under KOTOR 3, Knights of the Old Republic 3, Upcoming Star Wars games, and I looked through Pandemics site, Bioware, Obsidians, looked at their Wiki's, check out LucasArts site and Wiki. There is no current progress, trust me on that.

Then why did she say somthing like that?

Indeed... all I could really do is go to a Petition site and sign the petition for LucasArts to start KOTOR 3. There is NO news about KOTOR 3 in development except for this one thing about a guy who knew this guy that was asked by LucasArts to make a site for KOTOR 3 and that they are not announcing it until after Mass Effect so no hype is taken away from it.

I agree with the guy in the above link, it just doesn't fully make sense...

look...go on the obsidian website and send an email to the CEO to see if they are making it...I did and he said that Obsidian hasnt been appointed the task...if you want proof, just email him, he does reply...i am more than certain now that obsidian are doing it in secret...

He can't post a link to an email. The best he could do is copy n paste. But I do believe Bioware has been working on this and the just don't want to take away from anything to do with Mass Effect. It makes the most sense out of anything posted. And who knows? they could just be lieing to us. Hell, German leaders lied about the construction of the berlin wall but that still went up. Just leave your minds open for this because I find it very likely even though they deny it.

And the Shivering Isles expansion came out so I'm pretty pumped cus im gonna get that soon. =D

I'll send emails to Bioware and Obsidian.

If the task is given to Obsidian i believe that the excellent KotOR series which (in my opinion) was hanging by a thread over a krayt dragons mouth (😄) will plunge into the abyss and be a dissapointment to thousands of fans

Interesting that you brought that up, because KOTOR was an excellent game, but it was produced by a larger company, under no pressure, and with 3 years to do it. KOTOR 2 was also a very good game, but with a much smaller company and game team, it was under constant pressure, and only had 13 months to do it. WE HAVE NOT EVEN BEGUN TO SEE OBSIDIAN'S POTENTIAL!

btw, i sent off both emails to the press emails of Obsidian and Bioware. I will probably get a reply on Monday.

when you send the email to obsidian i wasnt sure which email adress to send my query to so I just sent an email to all of them...which got the CEO's attension and did get a reply, I would post the email up but it was a few months ago and sadly it was deleted. does anyone know how to contact Bioware? I cant seem to find a email adress for them?

It doesn't mater which team does it, just that Lucasarts don't pressure them to much.

(Note that on the bottom of the Bioware page on the right, it says BioWare/Pandemic Studios. I find this interesting, that on Pandemics site they have 4 secrets programs going on in development. On BioWare's site they have 1 unnamed RPG next gen game (presumably a RPG). Conspiracy for Joint Ops Rpg Much???)
