Apparently at these forums we ignore personality, Supes doesn't beat up fragile looking women so if you put him up against Aunt May for example we're going to ignore his personality and say he speed blitzes her. Why can't we do the same for the Surfer. Ignore his Personality. He is well able to Fight at very high speeds, if he has heightened biological reflexes.
The Hulk should never have be able to beat a SS fighting to his full potential.

He may speedblitz aunt may, but he's not going to hit her with a planet destorying attack. It's in his personality to move faster than her and subdue her should that need actually arise.
In the end, should Flash decide to share the speedforce, this event doesn't actually take time, and all of the leaguers are then up above Surfer and Thor in actual combat speed. A punch from Supes drops Thor, Surfer is left alone, against 2 GLs and a host of other herald level monsters. If Hulk has the physical strength to put down Surfer, then Superman, and Wonder Woman at the very least likely do as well.
Yes, the speedforce is gone currently, but then Wally isn't Flash either, and there is also no JLA, so I was taking this as before Infinite Crisis.
