SS has never been shown to 'jack' GL energy...but it's been shown the other way around. Even to save his life he couldn't steal it...it had to be GIVEN to him.
And Thor has been beaten by Superman alone.

SS got jacked of his energy easily by Hal in their x-over and on top of that he wasn't able to absorb Kyle's energy in battle.

Assuming that he COULD; Superman and the Green Lanterns are speedblitzed. The Surfer is faster than all three, and he simply needs to absorb one energy, and emit another. Three combatants taken out immediately. Thor could best Wonder Woman, but I am not entirely sure of the Surfer's ability to beat the Flash and the Manhunter.
It's been argued time and time again that the Surfer is faster than the Flash, but even if he is, so what? If the Surfer out runs the Flash, he leaves the Manhunter to double team Thor with Wonder Woman, and then it's three on one. (Wonder Woman, Manhunter, and the Flash)

Well, if we want to go by powers to the tee.... GL simply wills SS power cosmic to not work correctly. The ring can do anything.
Flash speedblitzes Surfer AND Thor while stealing their kinetic energy and Superman uses T-vo.
And debate all you want about SS draining a GL, it's already been shown on panel that he can't... even when he needed to the most.
Even Quasar is above SS for energy manipulation.

He had to ask Kyle to pass the energy to him. That's different from when he was being attacked by regular Kyle.
He was attacked by standard GL energy and couldn't absorb it. Period.

Unless the Surfer was shown, TRYING to absorb it, and stating, on panel, "Ugh...I can't absorb this," it seems the argument is downgraded to the Surfer acting like a retard. Like he does in tons of his fights. Besides, I've never seen any kind of energy that the Surfer couldn't absorb, yet....

He asked Kyle to Send the energy of the entire Oan....... and he asked him because he was not at full power to do so.( it clearly states.... SS says at this state i can't do it.... meaning he didn't give his powers to Para he could have.)
Huge difference between Hulk and a GL. Not a way to compare it. It was simply shown that SS couldn't absorb the energy. He had to ask for the energy. Being weak..it would have been the best time to go absorb it.
