Surfer can't even keep up, in raw speed, with Runner, who was out-run by Makkari. Even Marvels Barry Allen/Buried Alien is at least a match for Runner and Wally's so much faster than Barry. So much for unlimited speed.

The Speed Force, as the source of all kinetic motion, seems more on par with energies channeled by the Inifinity Gems or the Power Primordial than the Power Cosmic. I think Surfer's getting stopped and then stomped.
If Superman can deflect the Omega Effect, admittedly crazy, I'm not sure he can't turn the Power Cosmic. Thor couldn't keep up with Gladiator without a time dilation device.

Flash is mad powerful using using the speed force. Green Lantern in a high end showing is hella tough so imagine two. And Superman...is Superman. This really shouldn't be so hard to understand
