ok people are SERIOUSLY underestimating the emerald gladiater now n thas startin to PISS ME OFF! surfer this surfer that, those are all bloody HIGH END SHOWINGS!!!!!! look at GL high end showings kyle destroyiong OA with a single blast, taking down universe destroying beaings. taking down the entire jla single handedly containging a universe destroying explosion, etc etc. gls are UNBEATABLE as far as high end showings go. get a little common sense people!

Tyrant is really powerful, but I wouldn't put him on Galactus lvl just yet. Galactus would win. just at a high price. There can be lvls with in the catagories. Takky certainly is more powerful than his creator according to HighFather. When he created him, he said he would end up being more powerful than his creator. Darksied was shown in precrisis to be tyrant lvl. since there is no such thing as a post crisis darksied, i'm going with that. And I'm also going with the fact that thanos would have to be that powerful to be such a threat to the universe. if not, Odin and zeus would have taken him out themselves.

i know they havent really used there powers, but they are still owning everyone. thus they are written better. because in the past, firelord would have had his ass handed to him.

Firelord is being written like a badass character I'll give you that but his power level has always been defined as slightly under Surfer. He did handle Thor and Hercules at the same time for a little bit.
and wouldnt it be cool is g healed morg, brought him back to life, and made air walker, and had every herald and him battle the annihilation wave and the other 2.

All of the Heralds are Bad ass. Surfer just happens to be the 2nd most bad ass after Morg. They would make a great super team. Even better than the star masters.
even before power-up i'd (and i do believe val himself has also said that he'd . . . 😖hifty: ) take the ss for a slight majority against hal or kyle. basically it comes down to:
-- ss's power is NOT dependent on will power
-- his greater speed as regards motion, reaction AND thought processes
if he is indeed more powerful now, obviously he'd take an even GREATER majority in my mind, but since i don't know WHAT level he's now at (and it seems he is simply more . . . unfettered, as opposed to powered-up, as though g took off ss's psychic handcuffs) i can't say how many more.
pre-ann, i'd say thor might be a better match against a gl than ss. though they have SOME showings v magic, gl's have traditionally NOT done well against magic. i could show a scan where hal himself ADMITS his ring is all but useless against it (too bad bw and newjack didn't have THAT scan . . . 😖hifty: ), and there are other examples. i see no way a gl could possibly absorb thor's magic, but in my mind it is completely plausible to say thor could drain the ring.
regardless, in THIS battle, thor would never have the chance. best bet is j'onnz mind blasting him after flash gives him a whack or a 100, then everyone hits ss.

without the wol, ss has kicked his arse -- easily. unless morg is amped, ss>morg.
