I wish you were here,
So I could hold you in my arms,
Cuddle you so close to me,
Run my fingers through your hair,
Rest my cheek against your own,
Touching the solidness of your chest,
Feeling your fingers entwined in mine.
I wish you were here,
So I could take your face in my hands,
Kiss you softly and slowly,
Stare deeply into your eyes,
Tell you to your sweet face,
Just how much I love you,
And let you see that I mean it.
I wish you were here,
So I could tell you everything,
My fears, my hopes, my dreams,
Your physical presence comforting,
As you learn everything about me,
And I learn everything about you,
Bringing us ever closer together.

A Knight For The Knight
You've always been there for me,
To be my knight in shining armor,
But now it seems that you,
Need a knight of your own,
To help you to rise again,
To help heal your poor heart,
And so I'll help you all I can,
For it hurts to see a friend in pain,
Hold my hand I'll take you away,
To a place where you can't be hurt,
Where your thoughts will not be grim,
If you feel the need to cry,
I'll wipe away those sorrowful tears,
My strength you can lean on,
For though I am small in body,
I am large when it comes to heart,
You'll find the one you seek someday,
This I know to be very true,
She's out there somewhere awaiting,
Just as you are that fateful day,
So have faith my dear friend,
Never ever stop believing,
And though I may not be,
As experienced a knight as you,
I'll guard your back just the same,
With a fiery will rarely seen,
Guiding you through the rough times,
As you have done countless times for me.

Lol I told Gen Grievous that I'd try and finish this one and so here it is:
Rain
Blinding flashes of lightning,
Streak across the black sky,
Thunder growls its displeasure,
Rolling across the dark land,
Rain starts to fall from heavy clouds,
Beginning slowly and softly,
Then pouring down in torrents,
As if the sky had been torn open,
Spilling its insides out onto the ground,
And I stand outside in all of this,
My arms wrapped across my chest,
Face tilted up to be cleansed by the rain,
Of all the salty and bitter tears,
That have slid down my sore cheeks,
I’m sick of succumbing to this pain,
My heart just can’t take it anymore,
It’s been beaten and broken too many times,
Doesn’t want to feel this way any longer,
My lips are turning blue with cold,
I can barely feel my fingers and toes,
But all of this I am oblivious to,
For I am too caught up in complete misery,
Why should I even care anyway?
I can’t seem to rustle up enough energy,
To move myself out of the pouring rain,
Like my body has fallen into a paralysis,
And my mind is numb to everything,
I don’t know where it should turn or go,
Spinning around like a merry-go-round,
I seem to be lost inside of my thoughts,
So I don’t even realize just when,
The rain has stopped falling on me,
The thunder and lightning have vanished,
I look up to see a bright falling star,
Race across the skies right above my wet head,
That bit of loveliness amidst my dark thoughts,
Raises my mood to something less melancholy,
And feeling more ready to face the world,
I slip out of the darkness into the light.
