I still think Mags has the powerset to win. Maybe if Superman went FTL straight away Superman would win but he isn't due to CIS. Hell sometimes Superman is at deaths door and he doesn't do anything.

I guess. I think if he had adamantium, then he would have a legit shot of winning.

Also, if Magneto were to know superman's weaknesses pre battle, he might also have a shot.
