and how do you know that sidious could beat Marka, I know this was already said, but Marka reigned for over a 100 years, in a time when people like him were hated and killed. Yet he ruled. Even when he was on his death-bed, he was still not challenged, think about, if you saw a person 350 (just a guess) years old, dying, lying in a bed, in pain, would you not think you could beat him in a fight? But not even Naga Sadow dared to do that, and Sadow blew up 2 stars, and destroyed an entire republic fleet by waving his little finger around.
Also, even after he died, he came back to give one last message to the sith, he came at the time that Ludo Kressh and Naga Sadow were in the middle of a duel, a hard thing to stop, espically when it is 2 sith fighting. Yet Marka came back, ordered them to stop (they obeyed) and then gave orders to the entire sith council, and the guys dead! They feared him so much that they didn't even want to face his glowing air particles in a duel, and these are people who could blow up suns! Not bad.
What has Sidious done? Clouded the force, oh yea. I can see it now:
Sidious: I have clouded the light side of the force, and I can out smart a bunch of senators!
Marka: I use the dark side, and I can see you. By the way, I think my pet terentek could outsmart a bunch of senators. Also, how does this help you in a fight?
Sidious: Crap
And the duel would go something like this:
Sidious: I am the dark lord of the sith, bow before me!
Marka: I see the standards have gone down with time.
Sidious: Arg... Lord Vader, attack!
*Vader and Tulak start to fight*
Tulak: *fighting with his left hand (if he is right handed), and with his other hand reading new sith chronicles* Well done young one, soon you can join the age 10 to 12 class.
Sidious: *stares in shock, then joins the fight*
Marka: *gets bored and joins the fight, talking to Sidious* Wow, you call yourself a sith lord, in my time you would almost be ready to be called a padawan, standards really have gone down.
Finally both Tulak and Marka get bored and kill Anakin and Sidious.
Tulak: Well Marka, that was interesting, lets go find some better opponents, like the 14 year olds in our time.
Marka: sounds good, but I think that the 6 year olds might be a bett match.
Tulak: true
And there you have it guys, Tulak and Marka win, easy.
By the way, the chosen bit is total crap and makes no sense, no where does it say that Anakin is invincible.
Also, where does it say that he has more midi-clorians than Marka, than Yoda, yes it does say that, but the guy has no blood! Its not that hard to have more midi-clorians than him. Also if you are going to say that, first off, how many midi-clorians does Anakin have, how many does Sidious have. How many do Tulak and Marka have? For all we know, Anakin might have no midi-clorians next to the ancient sith, Marka might have 100 000 midi-clorians for all we know, it never says that Anakin is god, and you should remember that when you go to the theatres and watch him get beaten by Obi-Wan (who would die a horrible death to either Tulak or Marka). Also, if you want more proof that he is not god, watch RotJ, Luke clearly beats him, and Luke at that point is pathetic and hardly a padawan.

by the way, I don't think that Marka has 100 000 midi-clorians, that is just a point, we don't know how many he had or if Anakin had more.
Also, even if Anakin did have more (which I dispute), he was not fully trained and knew little of the sith at that point, Marka had reigned as sith lord for well over a 100 years during the golden age of the sith, he had to know a thing or two.

Key word being JEDI, sith may have more. I also interpret that as no living jedi has that much, ancients may have.
And I'm not denying that Anakin is powerful, I think he would whip almost anyone he meets, exceptions beinging Marka Ragnos, Tulak Hord, Naga Sadow.
Also possibly Exar Kun, Revan, Ajunta Pall and Ludo Kressh.
Other than those few exceptions, I think Anakin (at the height of his powers), would beat anyone he met.
Oh, please bear in mind that this is only the sith that he would lose too, I also think that NJO could beat him.
Nefarus, George Lucas would tell you his balls keep time if he thought you'd buy it. But one thing you guys keep forgetting... Anakin has the highest recorded little bacteria thingies... in known time. Perhaps the highest in the last millenium, since the Battle of Ruusan devastated the Jedi Order and perhaps destroyed many powerful Jedi in the process.
But since GL's focus is the movies, he spews that out all the time. Why do I not believe in the man who created Star Wars, you ask? The God upon whose altar I sacrifice goats with homemade lightsabers? Well, quite simply, GL (And those others who helped make the original trilogy) made Star Wars movies. EU (And this -is- an EU section) is a collection of tales and stories woven (albeit not perfectly) into a tapestry of imagination that expands on the universe which we had grown to love as depicted in the movies. To say that EU is bullshit and GL and the movies are God is to say you shouldn't play any Star Wars games, read any books, novels, comics, or anything. Hell, don't buy shirts GL hasn't sanctioned. Don't bother yourself with versus threads if you -know- Vader and Sidious are God because Lucas commands it. Really, without being harsh to those who disagree with me (No personal disrespect intended) you really should be over in Episode III section where no one disputes Vader's badassedness. And if your mission is to convince the rest of us (The Nonbelievers_ that what Lucas says is law, than perhaps you can give us a convincing reason or two why his creations beat, say, Foster's creations, or Zahn's, or anyone else's? Oh, other than you think it is possible that such random upgrade or power would spawn to either Sid or Vader that would give them an edge we never saw present on film. Yeah. Go team logic.
That's not what I'm getting at. All I'm saying is, no ancient Sith could light a candle to Anakin in his prime, or Sidious. it's my opinion. And yes I take George Lucas' word over people who are writing stories in HIS universe. And hey, I'm not knocking their stories, Timothy Zahn especially, that guy rocks. But in a so and so vs. so and so, certain characters like Anakin are always going to come out on top because Anakin is the character tha is the basis for all of Star Wars. (Technically Darth Vader, but they're one in the same)
And how do you know Lucas' balls don't keep time? lol
