Highly unlikely in general- and also the Valeyard's plot is inncompatible with the Time War, as he would not be able to make contact with the Time Lords.
But then again, as the Valeyard won't exist until the 12th Doctor regenerates, a. things might have changed a lot by then but b. we don't have to care for a lonnnnng time.

I take it you were not happy by that? I must say that indeed was a load of rubbish, Rassilon was in the Five Doctor's story and was no way was he evil as I recall. As for the the Xmas special I found it dull, yes we all knew the Master was going to do somthing big which he did. Once again they dragged out the ending of part two which was boring, the only interesting thing came out of it was the fact the Time Lords created the Master just to save there own rotten skins.
Avenge story but could have been better for DT's last story.
I agree with the dragged out scenes. Seriously, how many times can the Doctor change his target? And couldn't he have destroyed the machine at the beginning?
Some interesting tidbits from the recent, extended version of The Writer's Tale, RTD's book ion his experiences running Doctor Who.
- As had been long discussed and assumed, Martha and Mickey were indeed originally bound for Torchwood as regulars but dropped out for other commitments.
- Martha was also due to appear in Sarah Jane Adventures. However, afetr dropping out, ehr role was replaced with The Brigadier... which may expain why his apperance was a bit undramatic.(on a related note, it seems the Doc and the Brigadier were meant to meet in the SJA wedding episode, but Nicholas Courtney's recent stroke prevented this. Awww...)
- Originally, The End of Time was going to be about an alliance between the Time Lord High Council and the Dalek 'Parliament' (presumably to escape the Time War together). However, after consultation with Steven Moffat, RTD decided to drop the Daleks so as to keep them off-screen for Moffat to have a better run with them.

It's a complete rumour right now. There are equal rumours that, Daleks aside, Moffat doesn't want to bring back too much older stuff. Still, we'll see! The rumours about
