Okidokey then!
Well, as Ellothiel only rolls a 16, seems maybe you were right... a 48 from Anglomir is still inconclusive... Talin, you roll a 44, which is not great, but you are on his flank and he has no shiled there, and you bring him down!
You pay a price, however. Whilst Menelacar and Anglormir are fine, your other attacker takes full advantage of your side twist, rolling a 93 that boosts to a 133- a 15C! Luckily the crit, reduces to a T, JUST comes to nothing, but that's still 15 damage!
Menelacar then rolls a 76 for a 7A, no wound but 7 damage.

Menelacar: 43 (1he)/5 (C)/0/55
Talin: 66 (1hc)/15 (C)/5/67
Ellothiel: 20 (1he)/10 (RL)/20/30
Anglomir: 46 (1he)/5 (RL)/10/82
Cardolani A: 40 (1he)/5 (RL)/5/15
Cardolani B: 40 (1he)/5 (RL)/5/43
Cardolani C: 40 (1he)/5 (RL)/5/20

C is facing Talin, so Ellothiel gets the advantage.
76 rolled! Gives her a 106, a 12B! The B goes down to nothing but 12 damage is welcomed.
Anglomir next- 74! Gives you a 90, a 7A, we'll keep the 7.
Talin for the knockdown? I think so- an 85 is a 111 even past his shield, for a 12C which actually is a T wound... uh oh, an 88! Even on a T (-50 to the wound check) that's a wound, though likely not a serious one... and guess what? It's Talin's favourite 'blow to side' again. That guy is completely finished; distravted by Ellothiel's attack, he is caught out by a mighty swing from Talin that knocks the guy clear off his feet with a nasty crunch to his chest.
Two attacks in the 40s on our heroes do nothing, whilst Menelacar rolls a 66 to socre 5 hits.

Some info on the whole mystery has indeed been found, yes, though the pieces are idsparate right now.
Let's see if we can get this one done...
Ellothiel does indeed get a flank/no shield attack on A. She rolls a 57, which becomes an 87, a 7A for 7 damage.
Anglomir takes another whack at this guy, rolling a 68 which becomes an 84; six damage, no wound. Then Talin runs up to the guy's side and gives him another blunt axe whack, rolling an 09 and missing totally. one step too short there you think!
Menelacar's foes rolls a 69 for a total of five damage to Menelacar, before Menelacar hits him back with an 85 that drops him. That leaves the situation like this...
---
Menelacar: 43 (1he)/5 (C)/0/50
Talin: 66 (1hc)/15 (C)/5/67
Ellothiel: 20 (1he)/10 (RL)/20/30
Anglomir: 46 (1he)/5 (RL)/10/82
Cardolani B: 40 (1he)/5 (RL)/5/30

... before the last guy calls for quarter! He's giving up.
