a machine cant cure diseases, he isnt a chemist/biologist...

but their powers serve the same purpose and are stil the same w/ 1 or 2 differences. reys can basically do anything sue can do field wise, but hates being a mutant so never tried. and does anyone know what she did to that war-skrull in the series that is out now? one shot from her and it was out

reyes is no sue, she isnt on that level...

i think i have the comic, ill look it up...

yes, i never said on that leve but with training, she might be.

she wont, sue is cosmically powered, cecilia isnt, she has limits...

Wasn't Forge in that Mystique series? I don't know if its still running, but I think Xavier assigned him to help her with any nifty gadgets she might need.

I agree, Marvel can't use Forge too much cuz his powers are like the Scarlet Witch's: the possibilities are endless. But in his case, we'll never see him as the star of House of F will we?

yes, but when reys had her field powers, she hated them and never tried to develop them or expirement with them. and i'm not saying she is one of the most powerful mutants, i'm saying that if others think that sue is then reys shouldn't be far behind. and i'm confused on sues power levels because some say that she is very powerful then others bring up examples where she is very weak

sue and reyes are very different... she should be far behind and here's why...

reyes' power is a result of gentic mutation, the kind that happens on earth...

sue's power is comsmically powered, and cosmic power is unbelievably strong...

the only thing they have in common is that they both manipulate forcefields, but the nature of the forcefields are quite different...

and sue has been weak in the past, nowadays shes one of the most powerful earth based people in marvel...

Well, Sue Storm is rather powerful I think, cuz she utilizes her powers. She knows how to use them, and she's been using them since Day One. She's become a STRONG and POWERFUL hero, nonetheless a WOMAN since becoming the Invisible WOMAN, as opposed to the Invisible Girl.

Reyes is WAAAAAY far behind: she's much to busy with Mutant-Human affairs to be worried about her powers I believe. She's got the potential, but Sue can turn invisible which is +10 on the espionage scale.

i know that sue is far more powerful than reys but what i'm trying to get across is that reys should be able to do everything that sue could field wise but to a lesser degree. she has that body-field thing goin on, she has already ripped a neo in half w/out even trying. i think she has major potential, and she can do everything that sue can do but to a lesser degree

i have a question, you guys said that mutants could be the most power4ful because they had great leadership skills, so cyke could be one. then couldn't callisto be one also?? she can take the measure of her opponent as well as their weaknesses and find a way to beat them. and had leadership skills that rivaled and maybe even surpassed alexander the great

Woah woah woah, SF, don't push it. Rivaled and maybe SURPASSED Alexander the Great?

I can't help but laugh. Dear Lord, better than Alexander? That's NOT TRUE ONE BIT. If it was true, Storm wouldn't have usurped leadership of the Morlocks from her. If it was true, the Morlocks would be the kings and queens of the World, and not scuttering in the sewers. Cyclops mutant power teams up excellently with his tactical advantage: I don't know Callisto's power but it sure as hell doesn't add up to her leadership.

hey, i'm not lying, it was said in the comics. one of the first issues of excalibre. in one of th headline thoings it says

CALLISTO IS A NATURAL BORN LEADER. HER SKILLS ARE A MATCH FOR ALEXANDER THE GREAT

then it explains all of her other abilities, and both storm and callisto have grown since then

a lesser degree sure, but a much lesser degree...

and alexander is the shit... i doubt there is any hero alive who would top him...

then that comic is lying... seriously... alexander was incredibly ahead of his time...

and yeah, theyd be running the world if she was that good...

thats radiation, cancer is killed by radiation, and chemo f*cks up your body, trust me i know...

the legacy virus was an actual virus, radiation wouldnt do shit to it...

I suppose Forge could invent a machine that amasses medical knowledge and calculates the cure to diseases that haven't even been created yet. But where's the fun in that?

On a side note, has anybody seen the X-Men flashes at Newgrounds? There's two of them by this guy.

Yes, Swanky I have. Brilliant, the two of them...I was hoping you might have posted a new and third one. I laughed for a good 5 minutes...and it explained Xorneto rather well, too.

well that was like the starting point of excabilur. i am going by what it said, she may have the skills but doesn't use them. she has excellent leadership skills, she may have wanted to rule the world or something but the morlocks didn't. she did what was best for her people. if hse had gone to war with the entire upworld then the morlocks wou;d've gotten massacred easily because they are untrained in their powers, and they only wanted to survive. she lead an entire nation without almost any problems. her only setbacks were the massacre, raaasputin, and storm gaining leadership. her fellow morlocks loved and respected her for the warrior she is. her natural abilities were to lead. she can size up her opponent just by looking at them, she finds their weaknesses and finds a way to beat them. in the comic thats out now with the skrulls, one was disguised as domino and the second it approached them callisto instantley knew it was an imposter, and charles didn't stop cal from trying to killl domino because he fully trusted her instincts. they may not excatley rival that of alexander the great(even though the comic said that) but they srpass most

well, human science maybe, but cmon its supposed to be Magical Forge! 😎

Seriously, whens the last time Forge built something truly mindblowing instead of just gadgets? The x-men dont even keep him around as resident tinkerer, its usually Hank (came up with the original anti-Phoenix circlet, the new anti-Phoenix egg, tried to devise a cure for the human extinction gene). He might be powerful if someone writes him as such, but right now hes not really that powerful.

If it makes you feel any better, stormfront, both Storm and Cyclops have the leadership skill in X-Men Legends. If they do a combo together the leadership bonus is usually more damage than their original attack.
