Wonder Woman has the powers of Gods. She has the speed of Mercury too. How is CM faster?

Lightning moves at about 19,000 miles per second, not 90,000. Why would Zeus's lightning be any faster than normal lightning?
Why would he need to dodge his own lightninig?

I just think theres a BIG inconsistancy when it comes to characters using their speed.
People say WW is "Supposed" to be faster than CM.
Superman is clearly faster than WW.
Yet Superman and CM are said to be equals in speed with maybe a slight edge to CM or Supes depending on the comic.
Superman cant move FTL, but yet theres been times in space where hes moved +times FTL.
Thats why I hate when ppl bring up speed in certain battles or speedblitzing. Unless theres clearly one faster than the other (Flash vs Thing)
Flash gets k.o'd, Surfer, GL, Superman, makes no sence to me.
