Whenever he feels the need to use it. He obviously didn't need it there.

He simply over powered Rhino with strength.

SS is indeed multiples faster than CM or SM or most people.

was it ever clarified which shazam surfer is fighting if its captain marvel he might win but if its shazam from the quintessance Surfer loses no question he's skyfather level.

It's Captain Marvel. A lot of people just refer to him as Shazam for some reason.

Wrong. At no point was Cap lying on the ground bleeding before Enchantress started helping. He was bleeding yea, but still kept fighting as per book 2. It was stalemated. As soon as the Shadowpack came to the fight with Spectre and Marvel, Enchantress started helping. Marvel bleeding means nothing. When he was lying on the ground, it was long after the boost and it was because Enchantress started going crazy. But with the boost, Cap was dominating the whole fight. Spectre hit him once and started gloating Cap was out of energy, yet he didnt even have enough energy to fly away.

That shows Cap(although being boosted) dominating Spectre and only being downed once. Spectre fled cause he was out of energy as well, thus not being able to fly off.

Before Cap was boosted, he and Spectre were pretty much stalemated.

The only reason SS beats Superman is because of where he gets his power source. SS is able to suck the yellow sun radiation right out of him.

pis though, next time Spectre ran into him, he blew dust at him and he fell unconscious.
Spectre likewise in the Day of Vengence tie-in in the JSA series, he simply turned off Black Adam's power.
