Umm..........I have DOV. Cap was boosted from the start of thefight. No other reason he lasted that long. When Enchantress did her thing, she funnelled magic from a universal level into him, adding more power to an already boosted Cap.

There's that plus he could create red sun radiation as well as synthetic k-nite. You're right, SS would win. Imo, it's because Superman has weaknesses that could be exploited by Silver Surfer. However, there are some people that Superman has beaten that I don't think SS would've beaten. Remeber, just because "A" can beat "B," and "C" can beat "B," doesn't mean that "C" would beat "A." 😉

Because alot of people only think that Surfer beats him solely because of his ability to exploit a key weakness. Marvel is like Superman without the weakness. So they think he can win. I don't know.
Barring exploiting k nite, i honestly feel Surfer can still take a clear majority over superman, simply due to better energy projection and speeds. Nothing Superman has, can i see honestly stopping Surfer. Not punches, not hv not ice breath. Barring the plot device of t-vo.
Marvel has none of that, except punches, and magically charged punches. surfer has insane durability, so unless the magic is what gets him, i gotta give this to Norrin 8/10. And this is hard, since i like Marvel.

❌ You have to go back and re-read it my friend. When the Shadowpact showed up in issue #2, Cap and Spectre was already going at it. On the very last page, is when Enchantress started to boost him. You say she was adding power to an already boosted Cap? When was Cap boosted?
