I thought Cap was boosted from the jump. I always just took it that Enchantress added more power. No other reason that Spectre was surprised by the magic inside Marvel. Specially since they were on the JSA together for a short time.

I didn't even know that SS was vulnerable to magic. 😬

but he isnt as powerful as supes and ss is way more powerful than supes, and i really dont see what cm is going to do, thor beat him pretty hard.

Im sure during their time together in battle, Cap never showed his full power/strength while bloodlusted. Sometimes you may never really know how powerful one is until you fight them to the death. I guess Spectre found out.

Not as powerful as Supes in therms of how many abilities he has such as ice breath, heat vision etc. However Cap is AS powerful as Supes in certain ones such as strength and durability(who some may argue is slightly more durable than Supes).

Thor beating Cap. Is that the same crossover where Wolverine beat Lobo?

I just read the fight posted by dvampire; not really impressed. it looked to me as if Spectre was toying with Marvel before the boost. Spectre blasts Marvel, then he backhands him, messing him up, and just stands there while Marvel starts to attack him. While that's impressive durability and determination on Marvel's behalf, I'm not sure if that can be considered a stalemate right there at all-more like a one-sided ass-kicking.

I don't think Spectre was toying with him too bad due to the fact that CM impressed Spectre during the fight.

In the scenario you mentioned, that was after Enchantress started boosting. The boost came on the last page of issue #2. The hit youre talking about are in issue #3 in which Cap is being boosted.

In issue two, they were stalemated. Spectre wasnt toying with him at all.

A magic dagger hurt Surfer.

Combine the 3 (lightning, hard hitting fists, magic) and SS is ko'd cleanly.

CM has the tools to really hurt SS even if Surfer is more powerful overall.

Shazam's Champions have Telescopic, Super Hearing, Super Breath (I have not seem them freeze anything but i've seen him use it), Super Voice, and Super Smell

These scans take place before the boost and we the last of the fight between Spectre and normal Cap. Judging by how much beat up and straining Cap seems to be compared to a relatively calm and barely fighting Spectre, this doesn't look like a stalemate to me at all.

I knew that, but i was talking about the more obvious such as heat vision and ice breath.

They also have Super speed too.

Only the first scan is from issue #2. The boost hasnt started yet. Only on the ver last page going into issue#3.
The next 3 are from issue #3. The boost is in effect, but only Enchantress's powers are being used. During the issue, she then gets power from other beings and thats when Cap starts to own Spectre.

How often does Surfer use his speed in h2h combat? Not much i reckon. It wouldnt be like him to use his superspeed in combat.
