The fact that he didn't actually do it by his own hand just proves he is cowardly.
It doesn't make him any less responsible, he gave the order. The soldiers wouldn't have killed those people had he not done so.
So yes, why is wishing death upon the head of a guilty sould who willingly HAD thousands of innocent people killed, bad?

We're not talking Ivan the Terrible or Vlad the Impaler here. It's not like Bush commanded that people be tortured and executed in a particularly heinous fashion for his own amusement. To wish death upon anyone is wrong, no matter how evil he or she is, though I'll admit that I have done so in the past... I believe that sometimes people must die for their crimes, but Bush is hardly a dictator who forced the US to go to war.
