Chelsea makes it move for Gerrard and Wright Phillips. What's up with that? There's a "Real Madrid Galactico Policy" for every league??? Throw in Ashley Cole and that's like, what, a quarter of the English National team already!

Where did you get this?

One less team from Englandshire in Europe.

yeaaaaaaaah...nothin ud like better
we still have chelsea and liverpool in the main cup..dow u worry about that
concentrate on your own scottish teams who do bugger all anyway! 😄

rochembacks goal was great... though im pretty sure one was offside...

pool wont win the champs league, theyll get caught out...

it was rich of chelsea to accuse ballack of diving when only against barca carvalho pulled valdes back to help them get the winner...

Who got rid of Ranieri?

Who got Mourinho in?

Who pays the wages?

Until Roman decided on a new toy Chelsea were financially screwed.

Chelsea have never been at this level to have needed reviving to get back to it.

Abramovic is entirely the reason Chelsea are where they are at the moment.

Abramovic didn't have a damn clue what players to buy or not. Ranieri spent 50 mill on Crespo, Veron and Mutu. For what? Jose Mourinho has single handedly made that team an unstoppable force, the cash just helps. Joe Cole was a nobody until Jose got done with him.

They DO need another striker though. Should buy Torres.

joe cole is still a nobody... 😛

chelsea are not unstoppable...

they barely got pats barcelona, who just had thier asses handed to them by real madrid a week ago...

they are vulnerable in defence, especially at right back...

Chelsea without Robben aren't anywhere near full potential. They only have one striker also.

They have one of the best defenses in the world, especially with Terry.

Joe Cole is a much much better player now than he was before hand. He was in the paper saying how good he was and Jose said "Nah you're shit, sort it out or I'll drop you." Now he's a crucial player.

Chelsea only have one striker ??

no they dont.

Mikael Forssell, Sebastian Kneissl, Mateja Kezman, Didier Drogba, Eidur Gudjohnsen

Sebastian Kneissl is on loan to Westerlo a Belgian team.

but that is still 4 not including him.

i agree, robben and duff working in tandem was something special...

gudjohnsen isnt bad...

and i still think joe cole is overrated, i dont believe he'd be in the team if he wasnt english...

chelsea still need another world class striker
and perhaps a left back..and a centre midfielder

Without Abrahmovic there would not be a Chelsea for Mourinho to manage.

No Abrhmovic = no Chelsea. Certainly not in the EP anyway.

Inter hit with record ban

Inter Milan were handed a record six-match stadium ban and 300,000 Swiss francs ($248,600) fine after their Champions League quarter-final second leg against city rivals AC Milan was abandoned because of crowd trouble.

best i could get

Sorry for late reply Smasandian. I got that from ESPN or BBC, I forget, quoting the London Times I think. I thought it wa sjust a rehash of past season's rumors but Carragher made a comment on it after Liverpool clinched a semifinal versus Chelsea in the Champs League so I figured there must have been a fresh move...?Chelsea supposedly already had a budget for it.

Anyway, it's Arsenal v. Man Utd in the FA Cup final. I hope Henry and Campbell are well enought to play by then.
