Pity Del Piero isnt fit for the match. Imbrahimovic to replace. He has been on goal drought and off form as of late.

They are still on 2 legs no ?

Del Piero is overrated. I swear he's still living off the glory of about 3 good matches in the late Nineties.

The Italian teams have had their day, a long time ago. It's taking a lot of people a while to notice.

Much to the chagrin of VVD and AC, Spurs continue to inch towards securing that final Champions League spot...he he he. We can do it! Cut his f*cking head off!

I loved watching Del Piero when there used to be Serie A games on Channel 4, but he was never as good as the man he replaced: Il Divino Codino - what a player he was!

Well if I'm not mistaken AC reached the CL final the last two years, so I don't think that can be called being over the hill

I think AC is an individual person, rather than a collective. I'm also unaware of him taking part in any Champions League cup final.

Real Madrid have released the 7 man short list of managers to take over at the club..

Here is the list in not particular order:

Jose Mourinho

Rafael Benitez

Arsene Wenger

Carlo Ancelotti

Fabio Capello

Marcello Lippi

Sven-Goran Eriksson
Obviously it's going to be Eriksson.

Hmm I think it will be Wenger.

In that case, you'll be proved wrong and I'll be proved right.

I hope Arsenal win, naturally. If only so I can then poke much fun at Krunk'd and Df.

Yes Krunk'd, I was in the Champions League and happened to win it.

if arsenal play with the same style they did against madrid, then they will win. i think they will get a win tonight

We shall see.

Juventus will win no doubt about that... They havent even been trying in Serie A as of late and are still winning.

But the Italian league isn't exactly the strongest though is it.

Why would you say such a thing? I believe it is stronger than Premier and Bundisliga

In Serie A there are about 5 teams that could win it

In Premeir there are 3

In Bund there are 2 or 3

No way is Serie A as strong as the Premiership.

It is as strong as the Bundesliga because all the teams in Germany that were winning in Europe a few years ago (Bayer Leverkusen/Borussia Dortmund for example) have been very poor over the last few years.

The Premiership and La Liga are the two strongest league's in the world IMO. Then the Italian and Dutch league's.. I think that most of the Premiership teams would beat most of the teams in Italy.. with the exception of Juve, Milan and Inter.

Last time I check the CL there was only 1 english team left and 3 Italian teams left and 2 spanish teams left

So. Also note that none of the English teams were knocked out by an Italian team.

yea you're right, I missed a year, damn Porto still two finals in three yars aint bad for AC Milan

Serie A is the most overrated league there is.

A couple of half decent teams with the odd good player, fighting it out. It's like the Scottish League.
