Haha, it's hardly that, though; the guy consistently plays superbly.Anyway, which team will win the Champions League?
Me say Chelsea. What you say?
I think if Barca can get past Liverpool they could go on to win it.. if they don't I would say Chelsea too.

Villa is very good, but one free kick doesn't make a good player.
Wow.. What VVD said.. 'Obviously you don't follow football much'..

Senderos isn't a bad player, he's got heart, but he's just not good enough for Arsenal. Toure and Gallas are way out of his league, and Djourou looks a much brighter prospect.I think the Champs League is between Chelsea, Man United and Lyon this season.
Can't see Man Utd winning it.
Senderos made another error tonight. He's good enough to back up those three though, I agree.
Sanderos biggest flaw is his speed and being huge Arsenal fan i don't know why Arsene plays him in the first team, he should be reserve at most.
Man. U. is the most consistent team in the Europe in the moment.
Lyon, Real, Barcelona, Bayern and Milan are playing pretty inconsistent, they are in bad form in the moment, if i had to pick now i would say Inter or Man U.

yeah man u isnt playing that well at the moment, we've gotten really lucky these past couple games. but winning a championship does sometimes come down to a little bit of luck. if they can pick it up back up then they can make a good go of it but not with the way they're playing right now.

Scraping past Lille is hardly fear-inspiring.
You can never write off Man United, they were rarely impressive in the season they won the competition. And like Chelsea, they have one player on such incredible form (Ronaldo) who alone gives them an edge. Regardless of what his detractors say, defences are absolutely terrifyed of him and he's scoring more goals than most strikers right now.
I'd definitely like to see a Lyon - Arsenal final though. As AC said, Arsenal deserve a lot more. I still think they were robbed last season.

I think most of Ronaldo's success comes from players instantly giving him the psychological edge BECAUSE he's Ronaldo, as opposed to skill. If he's running toward you and you think "He's gonna go around me.", he's gonna succeed obviously.
I think if he came up against any defender with a strong, clear head and unwavering concentration on stopping him, he wouldn't get far. This has been the case in many other seasons, but it's difficult because he IS on better form this season.
Robben suffered the same fate. He was torturing defenses to the point where people I knew said that he was Chelsea's Ronaldinho. He's just too formulaic though.

I just did.
Only time will tell if it was sensible.
Essentially, I feel they will be beaten easily by a decent team in the CL, or beaten when one of their important first teamers is injured, because their squad has as much depth as the shallow end in a paddling pool.
If they persevere with the same squad in the league next year, they will be mediocre. I can sense it.
yeah i can see that happening as well, scholes, giggs and neville can only really get worse from here on out, if they're lucky can maintain the same level for another 2 years at the most. we need some youngins other than wayne rooney and ronaldo. ****in arsenal.
wow, that must've sucked being a liverpool fan today, we completely stole that game. barely even deserved a draw.
yeah but fletchers shit, o'sheas a good player to have because he can play in a lot of positions, silvestre and wes brown are good, so is heinze but i doubt he'll stay at man u just to sit on the bench for another year. park ji sung is alright and solkjaer can only play half a game. if im missing anybody they're also probably not worth talking about, so yeah we need some new players to repeat this years performance next year.
