The difference between the games was the fact that Villa, like many teams, psyched themselves out and fell apart from within against Man Utd. United didn't take apart their defense, their defense fell apart on its own, and then they had to chase the game, and Man Utd then had free reign over a floundering Villa.

You obviously didn't watch the game if you think Villa were in any kind of good shape even prior to the first goal.

A) It's Manchester United. Not Manchester.

B) You clearly are not only selective about the games you watch, but how you watch them. You're a fan of Man Utd more than you're a fan of the Premier League, evidently.

C) You don't even know enough of your team to realise who the legitimate first teamers are. It's no wonder you knee-jerk and retract so often.

"His leg was too high, it was a red card and we can't argue with that.". He also said that his comments on Taylor were rash, heat of the moment, and retracted them. With that said, Diaby's tackle wasn't anywhere near as bad of an angle. Bad tackle, though, and worthy of a red.

It's funny. You're either rampant with inner fury about Arsenal, talking about Arsenal/Tottenham...or Wenger.

Can you possibly be so disappointed in Spurs that you cannot mention them on their own merit?

It's factually true that you hate Spurs and support Arsenal now, I guess. You talk about the team I support more than the team you support. I guess...that can only mean...you support Arsenal. Yep. Ya Krunk'd Gooner. Y.K.G. is your new name.

manchester played better against a team arsenal drew with and theres got to be some bs reason that it happened. aston villa were taken apart by the movement of our attacking players and a couple lucky bounces.

i made one knee jerk comment that was justified i think but a little drastic at the same time. he was playing better than anyone esle in the world and still is i think as far as impact on games consistently, but that doesnt necessarily mean hes the best player in the world, hes just the most effective i guess.

that would be my startng 11 that played yesterday bar the goalkeeper. i dont care whos technically better or whos had some good performances. scholes is better than anderson, carrick is better than hargreaves, giggs is better than nani (nani looks good off the bench, giggs is better starting). that team was the best last year and they're still the best this year, they play better together.

whats the problem with calling manchester united manchester for short? is that taboo in england or something? am i offending you?

what you watched derby v fulham yesterday? im sorry man, i have better things to do with my time. i watch the games that i care about or that i think are going to entertain me. every premier league game isnt going to do that. ive watched every aston villa game, every sunderland game, probably half of the everton games and a few liverpool games that have been televised.

It's not bs, the reason there was a "lucky bounce" was because Villa's defense was a mess, and they f*cked up a routine clearance. It wasn't Man Utd's doing. Had any Villa defender got hold of the ball and pelted it skyward, they'd not have been one nil up at that point. Villa had a strong, coherent defense that consisted of more then five men at any given time. They weren't doing the same against Man Utd.

Yeah, and he's the most effective for many more reasons than his own ability. He is not as good as his goal tally suggests, it's that simple.

Carrick isn't a first teamer, though. He's not. Carrick is the worst of the four (Him, Hargreaves, Nani and Anderson).

It's not their name. There are two Manchester teams, one is Manchester United. It's just ignorance, but then that's to be expected from such a selective "fan" of football.

All these claims and still you manage to form opinions on the games that totally happen to be at odds with what actually happened in the game. It's just odd to me.

Krunk'd, haha...Krunk'd.

Good thing you support Arsenal, cos I'd hate to see a stupid, arrogant Spurs fan try to weasel their way out of a 3-1 home whooping against Newcastle Utd.

Really, I would. Still, we haven't lost to them this season, beat them twice convincingly, so you and I, as Gooners, are safe from ridicule. Nothing that happens to Arsenal now can be critiqued by a Spurs fan.

Not that this would shame you, being an Arsenal fan.

EDIT: 4-1 at home. Newcastle Utd beat Spurs 4-1 at home. Nothing that happens to Arsenal this season can be criticised now, unless it's a string of worse results. I though the barren years were over?

Still, Krunk'd and I don't care, we support Arsenal.

look at the replay of ronaldos goal yesterday, you ****ing retard. it was played in, bounced off of bouma and right to ronaldos foot. it could of happened in any game against any team, what the **** are you talking about?

you can say that about every great player in the history of every sport, thats irrelevant.

carrick links up with the front players better than any of those players you just mentioned and does it consistently. everything ive seen from hargreaves has been unimpressive and anderson is inconsistent. watch all of man u's best performances from last year and this year and you'll see carrick plays an integral part in all of them.

i dont live in england, i dont hear anyone even talk about football. how am i supposed to have any idea that its taboo to call manchester united manchester?

its odd to you? im sure you'd be surprised to hear how ridiculous you sound to me.

Hahaha, WELL stressed, look at yourself. Gotta love it. I'd clap myself, but I can't when you're sitting in the centre of my palm.

I watched the game, then I watched the highlights. I'm not a poser, you see. I saw what happened. Villa were in pieces and retard-ed up a routine clearance that cause Ronaldo to get a shot on goal that he shouldn't have had.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen anywhere else, I'm saying if you watch the way certain teams perform against Man Utd, you can tell that their reputation is doing more damage than their actual ability. They have not played the best football, but they've been most clinical or successful because of multiple reasons, and hype-based intimidation is one of those reasons.

What would you even know? You don't like here so you don't recognise how they are portrayed and sucked off.

What, the goal tally? Of course you can't. Ronaldo isn't the only one, but he is one of them.

I've watched more Man Utd games than you have and clearly know more about your own team than you do, if you think Carrick is a first teamer that is. He's not as good as Anderson OR Nani. In fact, I'd say the only reason he gets the games he does is because Fergie is trying to save face for a £16 or so million pound waste.

By taking your fingers out of your ears and your head out of Ronaldo's ass, maybe that way you'll learn about FOOTBALL and not just "Manchester".

dude, go suck a fart out of arsene wengers ass. im not stressed at all, im trying to get my point across. i was laughing my ass off at waynes world when i made that post.

keep telling yourself its everybody elses fault that arsenal arent top of the league anymore. i couldnt care less what you think anymore, you are an idiot.

how many man utd games have you watch this season? i missed the derby one, one against sporting both because i was at work and the one against wigan because setanta wasnt available in my area yet. i even watched the play by play on the man utd website of that game.

how many football games outside of the premiership do you think you've seen this season?

how am i a poser? please, explain it to me.

Nah, you did get well stressed.

Arsenal are entirely responsible for the way they play, and they haven't always played well enough to retain the lead, no shame in admitting it. There's also hardcore factual decisions that have cost them points, gone against them, it happens. So keep telling yourself that Arsenal are six points behind simply because Man Utd are as good as you want them to be.

You are a poser.

All the La Liga games bar maybe one or two, same with Serie A.

Because your opinion on games and players does not reflect the claim that you are a football "fan". You deny shit that anyone having watched these games would know, you don't even know the proper positions or starting quality of your own teams.

You judge players then say "Oh, well I haven't seen much.".

Good performance by Spurs. It wasn't fantasy football, but after taking the lead, we kept things tight and held on to the win. Sometimes, in games like these, you just need to do the job and wait for the sun to shine in the next game. Mighty Spurs, mighty Spurs, mighty Spurs...

Hahaha, yeah.

It's polite of you to say mighty Spurs, as an Arsenal fan.

yes, im very angry right now. im fuming.

call me a poser all you want man, get it out of your system. i will admit its extremely frustrating talking to you, but im not upset. i can see how you'd take it that way though.

im the first one to admit that arsenal have had things go against them lately, ive been saying that all along. but this about aston villa magically playing worse because its man united is bs, yes it has happened before, but not against aston villa this season and certainly not yesterday.

what dont i realise? that newcastle are a shit team and didnt come to play against half the teams in the top of the table this season but played arsenal really hard? that aston villa have been getting owned by man united for the past 20 years?

you watch every game in la liga every week? every serie a game?
thats a load of bullshit right there. if you watched every game you wouldnt be sucking kakas dick all the time, or ronaldhinos. but that would also mean you dont have a life, so that bit fits. maybe im wrong about that one.

They did. Their defense went to utter pieces, and it's stupid to deny otherwise. They f*cked up the clearance and somehow allowed Ronaldo to score a backheel from the penalty spot. It wasn't a rocket, it was a backheel. The very fact that he scored that proves how shambolic Villa's defense was. It wasn't like it was an unexpected shot at a weird angle.

Well, if you want to get into details, and make my point more valid; it was when Sam Allardyce was in charge. Sam is a huge fan/friend of Fergie, to the point that he barely says a word against him, and even as a manager of Bolton, Man Utd had more success against them than any other team.

My point is, Man Utd have a vast media-hyped reputation, Ronaldo especially. The record they now hold does not reflect the kind of football they have played. The very fact that when teams do basic, cohesive defending, Man Utd have trouble, is proof. I've listed all the teams that kept their nerve and didn't go to pieces, and what happened there. It's not all coincidence.

Gareth Southgate summed it up when he spoke of Chelsea: "We only really turned up to admire then and then swap shirts.".

WELL stressed. Like, pop-a-vein stressed. Bordering see-a-therapist stressed.

Either way, if you watched the Premier League you'd not be sucking Ronaldo's dick, because you'd realise that he's had a prolific season, he's not played especially well. People have just played shit against him.

You must feel a little frustrated with supporting such a good team who seem to give up against the lesser teams 'cos you've got nothing to play for! You've won a cup, and you're in Europe again next season, so I guess it ain't all bad for you! At least you don't support a trophyless team like Arsenal who get hammered 5-1 by their local rivals!
