1:1 half time, good game so far.

United arn´t taking thier chances & could be 3:1 up.
"If you don´t make use of your many chances, your apponent will use thier few"

this will be goin to extra time i think

I hope not.. I cant cope with extra time.

That was a good game to watch, enjoyed it. Commentator made so many mistakes it was ridiculous, he called Lampard Redknapp at one point, for God's sake.

Boo.

The two best possible penalty misses, awesome.

I love the way Terry was walking around, looking for consolation. This supposed juggernaut crying his eyes out after contributing to a loss.

Yeah, that was actually hilarious. Both cocky pricks screw up, while no one else does.

Yeah. Though I did find the commentator's comments about Drogba hilarious "He's either being big and strong, or a big jessy".

Two funny misses but it would have been even funnier if Ronaldo's miss was the one that cost Man U the match.

All and all, good match but Chelsea deserved it more. Drogba's shot that hit the post would have been spectacular had it went in.

Sort of even, as far as I'm concerned. Man U were dominating in the first half, Chelsea were in the second half, extra time was pretty much equal.

maybe they should eliminate penalty kicks.

Why?

because penalty kicks its all chance, and you dont decide a game like this to chance.

Why?

For every team that's ever been knocked out or lost on pens, there's a team that beat them, who would disagree.

It's not nice, but has to happen.

and do what instead? penalty kicks decide teh game in 5 minutes. surely 120 minutes is enough time to decide a football game without adding more extra times? what do you propose instead of them?

was a great game, especially for me as a neutral. went with a few manu mates to a local pub and teh atmosphere was incredible. few chelsea fans there too, and everyone got on and there was some amazing banter. best part of the match? the chelsea banner asking where the scousers were.

I sometimes wonder if I'd sacrifice Man Utd winning the league again just to take Liverpool's one final "glory" away from them.

Then I think "Nah.".

I would rather it be decided on pens than a bad decision by a ref..

plus penalty's is always good drama for fans..

Amazing game, especially the physical side of it. I was worried the two sides might know each other too well and become a chess game.

I feel sorry for Chelsea though, its a nasty way to loose a final, but thats the way it is, mistakes decide tight games not luck.

Only a person who relies on luck would deny its existence, mostly to make it seem like his shit team are never subjected to fortune.
