I wonder why Gallas spoke out he must have know what would happen, or is he that spontaneous. Or maybe he was in such a dead end he saw no other way to try and solve the situation. Regarding the drama, I've got no clue. Whatever it is and whoever it is, I sincerely hope they fix whatever needs to be fixed at Arsenal. Something is clearly wrong and Arsenal are better than to be getting the results they are. I don't think anyone would deny that.
As cliche as it may seem, once again injuries have caused damage. Walcott is gone for three months based on a stupid friendly.
With that said, as VVD clearly just pointed out, Arsenal don't have a mythical right to do well, they have to make it happen. For one reason or another, that's not happening right now. Last season lots of shit went against them that was unfortunate or shouldn't have, but this season there's obviously a lot of error.

It's a matter of finding the right combo, not buying more players. If anything, the problem is that the players we have NOW haven't truly gelled. Bringing in more isn't going to solve anything.
Let's say Wenger buys a defender, and it doesn't solve the problems, which it won't. Then what?
They fail where defenders fail, because they're human. Man Utd have Ferdinand and Vidic, they still concede from set pieces and wherever else it's possible to concede from.
The one argument for buying should be directed at buying a defensive mid or a new goalie if ANYWHERE, certainly not defense. Arsenal's defense isn't shit, theoretically, it just hasn't worked. Gallas/Senderos worked well enough.
