Why has Rafa lost it, he just commented on things he though not right, nothing wrong with that. He´s a bit of an odd chap anyway so its not that unexpected.

rafa's lost his marbles! HAAHAHAHAHAHHHHHHHHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

so have you by the looks of it...
heres some new ones

Out of the current top 5, I would even prefer Arsenal winning the league (Haha!) than Liverpool. Liverpool are soooooo dull it's quite ridiculous that they currently sit at the top of the tree.

Man Utd to beat Chelsea 2-1. Spurs to beat Wigan 2-1. Fish gotta swim, bird gotta fly.

I am also pleased that it seems unlikely that Spurs will be buying Downing. Now, that would have been a downer! HAHAHAHAHAHA, get it? Downing/downer...It's a play on words! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

In other news, I predict my team will be top of the fantasy football league in two weeks time. VVD's team are faltering despite his attempts to sign all the players I've got in my team.

Fish gotta swim, bird gotta fly.

decent game so far, chelsea have looked pretty dangerous though. the system they're playing is working well for them.

Well Man U are certainly looking like champions the way the demolished Chelsea 3:0, impressive!!

anelka and drogba cant play together, bad move by scolari putting him out there at half-time. it looked like it took the rhythm out of chelseas play. im not complaining though, all the better for us.

anybody watching the roma v milan game? i know i was critical of pato in the beginning but the more i see him play the more he looks like the real deal. great finish on his second goal. beckham looks the same as he has since he moved to madrid, he'll be the same player until he retires. good cross, good set pieces.. pretty much it.

Pato will be the best in the world soon.

definitely a possibility, hes still very young. only 18 still right?

i wish he wasnt wearing the number 7 though; it always bugs me when a player picks a number that isnt his role on the field.

*cough* william gallas *cough*

It's a bit outdated now though, that old system of numbering. People have any number they fancy, seeing as you keep your shirt whether you play or not.

Pato can easily be better. Ronaldo outshone Messi and he's not even that great, all told.

YKF: you wish, biatch. I don't look at any other team, except to laugh. Yours is a 60 minute stand-up set.

it'll always bug me even if it is outdated. take 22 until 11 opens up.

he outshone him yeah but he still wasnt considered the 'best' by many, including you. its a pretty loaded word.

Messi does the odd excellent run, and scores some cool dribbling goals. But there´s more to it than that if you want to be the best player.

Pato has everything, unbelievable ball control by any part of his body (no dick jokes please🙂), Blistering pace, oversight and ice cold finishing. Reminds me of Ronaldo (the real one) when he was young and skinny in some ways.

the odd excellent run? pato is no where near to where messi is yet

That's the thing though. Messi is the best, but he's not even winning the award for being the best. To spin it the other way, who truly thinks Ronaldo is the best player in the world?

When Ronaldo (real), Zidane, Ronaldinho, Maradona and co were the best, they were unquestionably the best.

On form based on this season alone, I'd say Messi is the best player in the world. He doesn't do stupid step-overs, instead he just ghosts past people. Robben would be up there too, if he didn't have twiglet legs. Sure, Ronaldo scores a lot of goals, but he isn't fun to watch. He's functional, whereas Messi is poetic.

Xavi from barca deserves a mention as a great allround player.

because ronaldo genuinly did have a better season than messi last year.
the award should go to messi this year i should imagine.
