Not from anyone.

She saves them from having to break a sweat in fighting.

😆

So, I guess they have Zatanna. Or antiperspirant.

Batman has God on his side. Who can argue with that?

Batman "listen. I need you to give me some magical tactics to beat the crap out of X-Men."

God "Done. See that one? His weakness is puppies. I prepared a golden retriever in your belt."

*later in the fight*

JLA "Holy crap Batman, that was one hell of a manuever. I didn't even know you could do that with a golden retriever!"

Batman "Nah..it was nothing."

Now that I think about it, of course the X-men are going to lose. They are up against a bunch of overrated cheaters that call themselves heroes. I guess making this tread wasn't a good idea. I just wanted people to post what they think, not to argue and try to put other members down according to their ideas. 😐

ROTFL, sayed from a die hard Hulk fanboy, the character with the power that rends him equal to an angry child screaming for having an ice cream.
Hulk will get madder and so he'll get stronger!Pathetic.

Their powers are to extreme. For example Super Man is practically a god with those powers he has. Then Green Lantern, how can a ring like that grant so much powers like the ones he has? He has lasers, shields, invulnerability, and god knows what else. Then Martian Manhunter, he has super strength, invisibility or what ever you call it when he is transparent, and that freaky eye thing he does where his foes are unconscious or asleep. Then Wonder Woman, how can she block everything with those bracelets and how is it she has an unbreakable rope. Also Hawk Girl, she can fly, has super strength and can knock almost anyone out with that mace she carries around. Flash is also a little exaggerated with his ability to run at the speed of light. Do you know the speed of light? The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. Now that is exaggerated. What I mean by this is that these characters have too many powers and rely too much on their powers, not their fighting skills. The only one that does seem a little more balanced than the others is Batman because he doesn't have powers, but he still needs his gadgets to win.donatello

You're arguing about how can they have those powers.
How can a nerd scientist become a super powered jaded giant after being hitted from a gamma bomb instead of die?
How can a nerd student become a super powered vigilante after being hitted from a mystical spider?
How can a scientist, his girlfriend, her brother and their pilot become a group of superbeings after being hitted from cosmic rays instead of die?

Well K3VIL, why don't you tell me the reasoning behind a little ring having the power to make shields, lasers, and an aura that protects him from so much. Also what sense does it make having a pair of stupid bracelets that can block almost anything thrown at her and a rope that can't be destroyed. Then there's Martian Manhunter. How lame is a freakin alien teaming up with humans to save the earth. And Superman, why don't they call him Superalien instead of Superman because that is what he is. Besides, don't be insulting Hulk. He is the strongest Marvel character there is and when people insult the things I love, I GET MAD. I made this thread to get ideas of who would win. Not to be insulted by some punk that is trying to put me down because he or she, what ever the hell you are, likes DC better than Marvel. 😠 😠

Come on guys. Anymore ideas or opinions that aren't offensive? If you're just going to post to make people feel bad or look bad then you might as well not post.

In all fairness dude, I think you're the one that led this discussion off topic.

What do you mean? What are you talking about? 🤨 🤨

I'm not trying to dig up the past or anything, but I thought that you were the first (or among the first) people to turn this into "Marvel sucks" "DC sucks". Don't get me wrong, I played my part too.

Let's just drop the conversation, I'm not looking for a fight here.

who is on the x-men team ond who is on the jla

No one knows. It's purely speculation at this point.

hey, Marvel vs DC fanboyism is quite entertaining in its own right 😄

The past tense of "hit" is "hit." "Hitted" isn't a word. Just thought you should know.

😉

Me fail english? That unpossible!

JLA wins. Still, you should've made a list of who was fighting so we could've avoided all of the speculation.

DC characters in general are more powerful than Marvel. 1 JLAer would give a small team of X-Men a decent amount of trouble. 1 X-Man vs the JLA? They'd get raped...unless it was Wolvie--he'd win using his secondary mutation of bad writing.

Also, why do people have to be DC/Marvel fanboys? Can't they like both?

I do think that having about 20 earthbound characters that have enough power to possibly take over the world solo doesn't make for very interesting stories most of the time...but I still love the JLA and DC.

I also think it's damned stupid how the world still thinks the X-Men are villains/untrustworthy/terrorists, considering that they have been publicly saving NY and Earth almost as long as The Avengers/FF have. You'd think Captain America or Reed Richards would try to vouch for the X-Men by now...but I still love Marvel.

well theyre mutants, there are plenty of other terrorist mutants and to the public their actions reflect on the X-men. Also, they get into a lot of scrapes that arent there fault but make them look bad. Case in point - their publicity was going up as of new x-men, then at the end of that run Mags (or somebody posing as Mags, who knows anymore) destroys New York City. Mags is the rival of the X-men, but hes also hung out at their school, has a friend/enemy relationship with the Prof and the public associates him with them...

Another example: they hold a press conference, the Shiar Imperial Guard attack and the conference is disrupted. Doesnt look good. They hold an "Open Day" for humans, and a gang of unruly drugged up students take the school by surprise, riot, and one of them chases down the humans and says stuff like "kill the humans!!!" Looks awful.

I personally think its pretty realistic.

I like Both DC and Marvel out of respect since I am a artist and I aspire to have my comic characters. My favorite DC's Flash and Supergirl, Marvel favorites are Spiderman and Iron Man. True though, JLA are god's with their powers and don't really need to hone theirs in like The X-men. Only way I could see them pulling a win is with professor X or Magneto (enemies included). And don't say Bats can Beat Mag,He's far too overpowered and overrated already.

JLA and X-men cater to different people with different tastes.

JLA is more focused on protecting Earth against whatever menace comes up this time. They are heroes, everybody knows it and their enemies are of a suitable strength to challenge them.

X-men are focused on mutants and what sets mutants apart from humans. They are attempting to be a bridge of diplomacy between humans and mutants, while preventing too many mutants ruining relations. Their challenges are suitable to challenge them.

However if you take an enemy from JLA and put against X-men, you'd prolly see the X-men get wiped out, while JLA would have no challenge in smacking up an X-villain. That's also why comparisons are never really the best thing in the world, because they operate on different scales.

I like both D.C. and Marvel in equal way, my first two comic books when I was a child were an issue of Superman and one of Spider-Man, and also one of the Fantastic Four.
I think both the 2 comic book houses are great, but trying to give explanation to comic book's characters origins is no sense.
