Like I said, all impressive physical qualities, but does that translate to "I can kick serious ass in a fight", especially against a 3-time champ who is a lot heavier?Edit: Also, some of that sounds like pure fantasy.
Its been cited betch. What...it doesn't fit you description of a weak ass Bwooooce Weee.
Get over it or I will mushroom stamp you. 😐

And Wiki cited" material is always reliable? At least show me proof of Bruce Lee catching single pieces of flying rice with chopsticks, because that was a "LoL".
You also avoided the question, do those feats automatically translate to fighting prowess?

You can look them up yourself and discredit them if they are worthless pieces of shit. Until the, they are "feats". Suck it.

I never avoided the question...I didn't know you wanted an answer or if you were asking more questions you thought rhetorical.
Regardless of my answer, it is wrong either way. If I say yes, you call fanboyism and biased judgment. If I say no, I'm obviously wrong because those feats do, in one way or another, transfer to combat prowess. The answer to your question is not a definitive "yes" or "no".
The answer to THIS question, however, CAN be narrowed down into absolutes.
"Do the feats, listed and cited for Bruce Lee, help prove that Bruce Lee has some extreme capabilities that can translate into combat prowess?"
Absolutely.

79 people who don't know much about martial arts. 😖hifty:
I know that those that do don't constantly run to that umbrella term, as 'martial arts' means 'art of war' do you mean to say that boxing is "the art of tickling? The art, perhaps, of knitting...?
How is is that Lee knew the truth well enough to show the biggest problem that non-boxers have against even the jab with footwork in a centerpiece scene in his movie famous Enter the Dragon...?
Look at Bolo getting f***ed up by John Saxon circling and popping, before that beautiful finisher...?
And who was Jim Brown's character blatantly based on...?
In counterance to the 79 not knowing about 'martial arts' slight,
I have to question how many of those people voting Lee actually understand boxing technique and what happens when the techniques are applied with no adhereance to ring rules..
'Cause the way some are talking here, they seem to have Ali down as some slow shuffling mummy like Foreman or Liston. 😖hifty:
Who knows, maybe its the old addage of "70% of peeps are twits."

Very well said! If I do say so myself, I have trained in various martial arts. Such as TaeKwonDo, Judo, Kyiokushin Karate, Kick Boxing, and wrestling. All of which together serve a certain purpose as many of you know.(Example: TaeKwondo is a kicking martial art, Judo is a grappling martial art..) with that said boxers are not to be taken lightly. Granted different people have different abilities as far as strength as speed go... I have seen boxers mess up martial artistes. The simple fact is that the speed at which a boxer can punch is pretty fast, that in combination with the sheer size of someone like ali can prove to provide some decent damage. I'm not saying bruce lee was just push over, or that he wasn't a good "Martial Artist. I am saying he was over credited and highly over rated. If anyone could "PROVIDE" any evidence at all showing bruce lee's fighting records. That would be enough to say that either he was or wasn't as great as a martial artist as some people precieve him to be. Point is.. Just because some one looks like they can fight on the big screen doesn't mean they can. A great example would be how Sean Claude Van Dam got his ass kick by one of Steven Segal's body guards. If i'm not mistaken... I'm done 😄

This is one of those things that makes it stupid to consider this a "fair fight".
How will he be able to quickly avoid kicks that specifically play into his punches? WTF would Ali be able to do about kicks that he CAN'T pay attention to?
