Bruce Lee is undoubtedly faster. He's smaller and lighter, which equates him having more agility.
And to be able to break bricks, you need speed.
Punching speed, it's debatable.
He's is smaller and lighter, yes. More agile, again, debatable, Ali is famous for his 'dancing' around opponents. Lee is famous for doing finger push-ups (which is impressive) and beating up guys on film.
Okay.
How would Bruce Lee even get near him? Ali has a reach and height advantage and is gonna be dancing around him with the added advantage of not being restricted with in a ring. Lee won't be able to get near him and any time he does Ali will be dishing out the jabs also with out gloves meaning Lee will be lucky if he can take more than a few of them. Ali has proven him self in terms of damage soke, we have no idea what kind of punishment Lee could take. Ali is all round larger. Who is faster is up for debate but Ali is with out doubt the faster puncher, the guy threw 13 punches in 3 seconds which just look like blurs, its quite amazing to see.
The point is Ali is a three times heavyweight champion and the greatest boxer of all time, Bruce Lee is just an actor who has never proven him self in the real world of fighting.

Well, I'm biased toward a different thread for similar reasons. "Master Chief vs. Samus" is a title that will live in infamy.
