"Try not to gather for too long," says Anaz. "There will be a huge scandal if the Sanctuary is more damaged than need be due to inaction."

He's right there, for sure.

"That's a pretty big subject. What did you want to know?"

"Oh no, we have no intention of letting that happen. Well specificly I would like to know more about Larios Kuylen, I thought it was interesting that your liutenant (Correct me if I'm wrong) assumed that we thought you were your cousin, while you say he has been dead for decades."

(Colonel!)

(Fine, go back to bickering like young padawans now rex.. run along...)

Colonel it was.

"This is true," says Anaz.

Ok, on Spiridos, you guys are going througha Rocky-style set of physical work out- jogging (on a grav-track machine, of course, lung capactiy tests, reflex tests, spatial awareness tests, manual dexterity tests... the whole lot takes four hours. It is very intensive! All of which is ably assisted by your nurses- Hasina for Gallagher, and Carlea for Andro.

Well, Doctor Mirani is VERY impressed with Andro. Although he thinks there is room for your muscles to become more flexible- "a bulk like yours is often developed at the cost of full range of movement- he has to confess that your manual aptitude is extreme and you are certainly very fit and healthy.

In fact... your reaction scores are... uhh... well, effectively off the scale, for a Human. He's never seen anyone react that fast.

"No wonder you are a bodyguard," he says.

(Eeek! Your +1 initative bonus, Andro, which kinda comes from Force instincts, is actually making you look suspcious! You can't exactly 'turn off' your instincts, either!)

"I thought you reacted before the light turned on at one point!"

As for Gallagher... well, he's pretty fit as well, Solid physique, very good reactions.

"But we need to work on tuning out that body a bit," he says. "Like your friend here, you are not as supple as you could be, with a good quality physique like that, and I think your manual aptitude could do with some work."

He's going to use that info to put your programme together. As you have the bodies to handle it, he thinks sport will be an important part of your programme- the tuning up for which will help with suppleness, and the skill required should get some training for Gallagher's aptitude. The programmes will be quite intense, but spaced with long 'chill-out' periods too.

And now, lastly, the blood test. With apologies, he says, to the senior Klinge-Faust, but it's a legal requirement. This is a hopsital, after all, and alien diseases are a serious issue- nor can he legally make a programme for you without a full idea of your physiology!

Well Gallagher, what are we going to do about the blood test? Without using needles, I wonder if there will even be samples to switch. Perhaps we could request that we watch our blood tests, and you can use a mind trick on whomever looks at the results, and make them forget they see midichlorians. Sounds like a stretch, but I can't really think of anything else right now. Ush, would we know in advance how the blood tests are administered? Otherwise, we should ask, maybe that will give us a clue as to how to proceed.

The tests are done in public! I already had to warn Gallagher about not using force powers.

Blood samples are taken and then taken to medical droids for a thorough analysis.

I didn't think mind tricks were all that over, by their very nature. Could we try tampering with the medical droids, or is it already too late? Maybe we'll have to level with the good doctor, hoping that he's not in on the drig trade, and that he can keep his mouth shut. Gallagher! What do you want to do? We are about to get into some trouble here, I think!

"What do you know about your cousin?"

Mind Tricks are overt enough to be recognised. In fact, any Force power involves doing the impossible and is therefore a potential liability. A Mind Trick is, in particular, a big risk.

I also warned Gallagher that it is intensly bad practice to confide in anyone here, whether they turn out to be involved or not.

As for nobbling the medical droid... you can try but it would probably object.

"Born three years before me, went off to become a Jedi, didn't turn out too well. Why do you ask? You thought I was him, which is odd; do you have some particular interest in him?"

Meanwhile, Casilis crowd still haven't asked the most obvious question about the Rebels gaining power.

uh...
Hhmm
Who? (Know that one)
What? (Know that one)
Why? (kinda know that one...)
When?
and How?
The last two is what we need.

The obvious question about How, then. The bit I said you missed about the side of the equation. Not only are they pacifists, but...

You ca let others think about that whilst you talk to Anaz though.

" I met him a while back. It wasn't a nice experience."

"I did hear he caused a certain amount of trouble. You were on a mission involving him?"

"You could say that."

"I could, but I would have no idea. Loose language is not my style, Master Jedi. You knew my cousin, then?"

"As an advarsary only, never knew him personaly. I will be frank to you, and I don't mean this as any disrespect towards you or your family. But I was a part of a mission who's objective was to stop him. He was searching out ancient Sith archives. And in doing so, he created a large amount of trouble, including starting a small war on Malistare, and one of his associates nearly destroyed an entire planet, using an ancent Sith Doomsday device. He was involved with the Dark Side of the force to say the least."

"Yes, I heard about Malastare," he says. "And the Sith? Well, that side of the family always had an obsession with history."

(Ask him about why he said that Kuylen was dead before he was born...?)
