well Cuz im in charge and he respects the postion...
Hmm, I'm toying with the idea that Anaz is Kuylen in disguise, and that the one that died in infancy was Anaz, and Kuylen just switched them.

Bingo! Also, not that he is personally sexist, but Kuylen's culture just isn't great on women in a command sense. He'd just subsconsciously find it odd talking to Jelena about matters ultimately military.

That doesn't quite hang together logically, Roan! Are you going to talk to Anaz?

(Heh, just testing you...? 😛 )

"Positive?" Gallagher asks, wincing a bit. "Any way I could put it off 'til later?"

"Cannot complete my diagnostic without it!"

Agh...

Gallagher does not wish to submit to the blood test, unless he can find a way to spoof it up. I mean, he can have a high midichlorian count and not be a Jedi, right?

Nope. Not if you were born in the Republic.

Agh!

Well, Gallagher is going to have to not be happy.

Is there any way Gallagher could keep this confidential with the good Doctor? Thing is...he could be involved.

You mean tell him of your mission? Very bad idea. It's not just him being involved; the amount of security problems it causes are all sorts.

Yup, thought so.

Jedi on vacation is an even worse idea.

I am supposing that I should try and alter the records, leave out the midichlorian count. He's not specifically looking for midichlorians, either.

Indeed he is not, and yes, one solution is to nobble the records between the sample being taken and it being analysed.

One way or another, this is the first problem for each of you.

Yup, I'll talk to him.

I would like to set up a talk with the Rebel leader if I may, see if I can come up with anything.

Would midichlorians neccesarily show up on a blood test. Many things in the real world have to be specifically tested for to be found. Would they automatically do a midichlorian cound?
If so, is there something akin to sesame seeds (opiates) that could explain a 'false' midichlorian count? Perhaps there are force sensitive fish. 'We ate tons of them during our trip. The midichlorians belong to them.' That sort of thing. Otherwise, I guess we'll have to tamper with the samples. What do you think Gallagher?

You do not need specialised equipment to detect midi-chlorians- Obi-Wan used the computer on Padme's ship, which was by no means a speciaist device- so you can be very sure that a medical check will show it. The cells form a symbiotic part of your bloodstream so no external infusion of them- doubtful a possibility as it is- would look like a natural count.

Sirius, as mentioned before, the Revels aren't talking to anyone. The best you can do is try and re-start negotiations.

Anaz will see you, Roan, though he is very busy. He is in a corner of his command tent when you arrive.

"Send 500 Provosts to Vhodes immediately," he is saying to a functionary.

"500? That's a quarter of the military police force."

"Then people there should get the hint." He turns to you. "Good evening your Grace," he says.

Then I would like to re start negotiations but will I be able to talk to the rebels at any point to get there side of things, also I am still working on the back culture of Callis for any clues is there anything you can tell me using one of my contacts or any knowlege I may know using Savoir-Faire I can't seen to find the post you put there back ground on.

Cassilis background came with the briefing.

cool now I know where to go, i wasn't going back far enough, thanks

"Good evening, Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?"

"Please, go ahead," he says. "Have you come to any decision yet?"

"As of now, were still gathering information. May I ask about your family?"
