And it wasn't the direct threat, I was just trying to present our boss as someone powerful, so we have more credibility.

And what I'm asking is if anyone minds if Tanic is that boss?

Interaction could still be up to you guys, but a rich boss would probably impress them. The reason they didn't believe you is because you don't look rich, so Tanic's off clothes shopping.

It seems like a good idea, though it would be hard to convince them you are powerful being.

Maybe if you take Galder and others as bodyguards?

In fact, what I thought could be that you could suggest that the leader of this little group come to meet me, and then one of you escorts him to me (wherever), and the other pumps his thugs for information.

Gallador pretends that he has a call and goes away for few minutes.

our boss is supposed to be someone of extreme influence and power. the MYSTERY around him generates that. what will you do if you meet him? we don't have any money....we're supposed to work around showing any money!..now that he sees you...he'll only try to convince you to pay up front.
and why on earth would a man, such as we want our boss to seem like, be doing on a planet like this....when he already sent us to negotiate 😬

I thought they wanted some sort of proof that your organisation has the money to pay for it. Tanic wouldn't have to even be the leader, just another contact. But meh, what do you suggest, Dexx?

well..tanic as another contact works....i only hope they don't spook easily when seeing more of us.

Well whatever we do if their going to Tanic let Xavier be a bodyguard.

You can't prove you have the money, frankly, and you are beyond persuading them you don't need it, 'cos it hasn't gone that well.

Like I say, they don't want to see cash up front just for talking to you; what is the point at which they need the money? And why? And so what could you do to get around that?
