Well show examples of him cutting through Thing.
Cutting the Hulk isn't a big thing when he's in lower stages, Deadpools cut the Hulk with just a knife.
I haven't seen him cut Namor, but if its true then thats bad writing.
Namor can withstand the pressure of the deep ocean.
Deep ocean pressure is wrose then Wolverine cutting him anyday.

Wolverine beat thing in Enemy of the State.
Wolverine took down thing in the Ultimate X-Men/FF Crossover.
Wolverine ripped off Thing's face and then stopped fighting when he saw what he had done.
Thing has only hit Logan from behind and knocked him out in an X-Men/FF crossover from the 80's and backhanded Wolverine after Wolverine stopped fighting.
More impressive showings: Wolverine.

Wolverine Vs Tiger Shark. He fought and took hits from tiger shark and kept coming. There first fight was in the water and the second which this pic is from is were wolverine beats tiger shark who is class 100.

Wolverine has cut Hulk when he's been really pissed. Wolverine # 145.
Wolverine cut Hulk with a sword in Wolverine # 145. Slid into Hulk about a foot and a half deep. And Wolverine doesn't have the strength to cut Thing. Yeah Right. He can cut tougher than Thing without an adamantium blade.
He cut Namor in New Invaders # 6 I think. Is Namor more durable than Hulk? No. Therefor not bad writing.
Deep sea subs can withstand ocean pressure too, but if they scrape a rock they rupture. Deep sea pressure doesn't affect you in any way like adamantium claws. The water doesn't have an edge or point honed so sharp it cuts through anything.
