Wow, a single image which pits probably the biggest guy in Rugby against one of the middle-weights of football.
Not really. As The-welsh-one says, look at the new zealand team! The fly-half is that big. Look at how many countries in the world play rugby compared to American football.
and if you still think your poofs are bigger than the average rugby player, then YouTube or Google search it.

the rugby player is further away than the NFL player!
Even still, like I said...the football player pictured is barely a middle-weight player. There are players MUCH bigger than him.

That was all hearsay, show me this study and you might have a case, but even then they used 1 Football team and 1 Rugby team and we don't even know which ones. It all boils down to luck in either game.
I don't even see how we got to the point of which one is better, my whole point was that American players use pads because of how hard the hits are. In Rugby the hits aren't as hard, still hard, but nothing like being bowled over by a train of a man in the NFL.

No, because you have yet to prove anything.
Heres some proof.... Your alternative to rugby has to be played with all the players wearing sissy pads because thay cant take a tackle. And dont try to say that its a harder game because if you saw rugby you would see that people are always going off with bloody faces and broken limbs and crushed ribs. And Yes, american football does have some bigger players but to be honest, usually they are stuck in one place because they are too brutish and unhealty to move. in rugby, the players are pretty versatile and you regularly get rear backs scoring trys because of some brilliant runs. Rugby combines skill with tactics and strength. American football is about 20 seconds of play, then a break so all the fatties can have a rest. Your fighting a losing battle.
