okay heres some facts for you...Rugby is played around the world and there is even a WORLD CUP. It is regarded around the world as a game that all men should learn to play. Hell, me and my cousin from australia both share a similarity, we both got taught Rugby at school. neither of us ever heard the word american football until i was at least old enough to find it on the net.
Goddammit, is there a world cup for American football? hell no! most countries dont want to adopt a rip-off sport that the yanks invented. You only like it because its a sport you can call 'your own'. It will never be played anywhere else in the world because its a load of crap.
