I just read the I.C. again for the 3rd time. Mann the book really is a stroke of genius, and doesn't get the accolades it deserves.

IC was good alright, it maybe could have done with a bit more of a final battle imo...

I was talking to my little bro about this, this morning. If the series had had one more issue it would have been perfect. It would have been good to see more of the fight between Kal L and Kal El, the fight between Deathstroke and the Bat family, the double crossing of Black Adam and his eventual revenge. Otherwise I think it was perfect, although a New God appearance would have been nice. 🙂

if you read the superman: infinite crisis tpb, it expands on the battle between the supermans quite a bit...

one more issue would have been awesome...

there's even a nice little story showing how each superman would have lived had he been on the others earth...

i meant to say that it expands on the actual consequences and motives for the fight, but there's only a little extra fighting...

But in comics, he has mainly copied the powers of the JLA, as they are the only foes he has regularly faced.

Shouldn't a hit from any competent speedster hit a lot harder than a hit from a class 100? (even barring an IMP)

Not really .... if a speedster were to hit that hard they would probably explode.

Plus there's the question of momentum ... a bulldozer at 5 mph has more momentum than a motorcycle at 90mph (I think)

But many speedsters have been shown to fight and strike people at high speeds.

True but the difference if far greater than that.

Namor's arm doesn't weigh than say Quicksilver's and it's moving at sub sonic speeds while QS can hit at like Mach4.
