This is one of the more ambiguous things in Marvel AFAIK. I'm not sure whether the answer is yes, or no. srug I've never seen anything to indicate it (besides Onslaught saying something, but I think that was psychological warfare).
Yeah.
He bled in Mighty Avengers 3, he had been fighting Sh-ultron for quite a while, both landing pretty good hits and rather equal. Then she said something like she had "calculated his physical defeat" (adapting or something?) and kneed him to like the throat/face and he was bleeding a bit from his mouth.
He was fine though, the fight only stopped because he flew off to catch the entire SHIELD helicarrier.

If Peter Parker was smart enough to invent web fluid and web shooters, how come he didn't think to equip the shooters with some kind of "low on web fluid" warning signal?
He wore them under his clothes some times, or in his bag etc.
So if the alarm started to go off and he didn't stop it or whatever, then the sound or light would presumably catch somebody else's attention and they'd be like "Wow, Peter's Spiderman!"..
ermm or something.
