NEW X-MEN#40???????

Hey I have got a question for those of you who have been reading Thor from before volume 2. I didn't start reading Thor since after volume 2 started and thus only know of him and Jake Olson, but now that the new Thor series has started (which i haven't started on yet because I haven't fully finished volume 2 yet) I have tried to find some info about Donald Blake. However I can't seem to find any info about him other then the fact that he was partially disabled. so could anyone tell me more of how the Thor-Blake relationship was like? What happened to Donalds persona etc?

I had a question:

when Mr. Majestic and Superman switch places (I didn't read the arc) did either of them travel through the bleed? or was it something else?

same goes for when Captain Atom ended up in the Wildstorm universe.... was the bleed involved at all?

basically, I was wondering whether or not Wildstorm and the DCU were connected through the Bleed prior to the most recent crises, or if that's just a recent change.

also, one other question. in a JLA storyline, a little while back... right before the whole Mageddon incident, the Flash was someone else. I missed the issue that showed who it was. It was the same one where Kyle leads a team to investigate the fake Bruce Wayne who was a White Martian....

What happened at the end of the hulk vs silver surfer battle after hulk shattered the surfer's mind control disc and proceeded to beat the shit outta him. Did surfer and hulk patch things up? Was surfer seriosuly hurt? Did hulk realise surfer was mind controled?

Surfer was fine. Without the disc he started regaining his powers but at a very weak level, it was still enough to destroy the discs on the other slaves. Then he flew away into space.

so surfer and hulk ended things peacefully? I mean wasn't surfer curious why hulk was there? Or offer him passage back to Earth?

Hulk didn't want to go back at that point

Is Black Tarantula officially dead?

I have a question, when someone shoots beams out of their eyes, wouldn't that mean that they would be blinded while they were firing them since all they would see would be a bright light?

In comics? I've never heard of that problem.

Oh, and does the Invisible Woman wear contact lenses? How does she see?

In Trails of Shazam and in Countdown Shazam [Billy] mentioned Captain Marvel Jr. is doing the trails to become the new Shazam? Errrr? did they mean become the new Captain Marvel or actual Shazam and take Billy's place?

Maybe .... if the beam moves at light speed away from them then they wouldn't see it at all though .... would they?
