Like I said, that does make sense, but the way I look at it, it's like a wimpy little nerd fighting a UFC champion. The nerds can surely throw some swings at the UFC guy, but because he is SO much weaker "and" lighter in weight, there would only be little movement due to the nerds blows. Now in IG, I can understand the logic if Thanos is getting rocked by beast like The Hulk or Drax, but Spiderman, Captain America, Wolverine, just to name a few, hit Thanos and "looked" like it rang his bell. Now, maybe he was exaggerating just to make it look good for Death, but would he really do that at the expense of losing the glove?
As long as the wimpy nerd can lift close to the UFC champions weight he can rock him with hits if he does it right. Not saying its gonna KO the guy but he move him around if he just gets to hit him

As long as you can hit with more force than the weight of the other guy, you should be able to move him, as long as you hit from the right angle.
Not that that really applies to the original question, but...

What's the context in that scan with Apocalypse taking Black Bolt's apparent scream/talk ? Was Apocalypse amped, was Black Bolt not at his normal powerlevel, or Apocalypse just withstood it under his and Black Bolt's normal powerlevel ?
Out of character for Black Bolt, and did no damage... not just to Apocalypse, but to everything else.

It was a whisper. And whenever or not Apoc was amped in the issue was never really explained.

Black Bolt was doing damage before that.

easy. that was before apocalypse's original body died, he concurred attilan at full power.
Originally posted by llagrokto elaborate on that, adamantium like concrete has to remain in liquid form for it to be viable for shaping (unless your name is magneto or apocalypse)
It's doesn't become indestructible until it has been cooled.
you only get 8 minutes to shape it unless it remains heated, once the temperature begins to plummet even in the slightest, the adamantium loses it's pliability.
and adamantium is resistant to state changes (again unless magneto/apocalypse attempts it) so once it's in solid state, solid state it remains for eternity. it can't be re-heated to molten form since it lacks a melting point once it's solid.
Questions on Ultimate Origins 4:
Spoiler:
The Hulk kills both of Peter Parker's parents when he is, say, six months old? However, in Ultimate Spider-Man (somewhere in the #30s), Peter is watching an old family tape. He is probably (at least) seven in the tape, and his mother, father, aunt, uncle etc. are all present. How is this possible, considering we're to believe Hulk killed Peter's parents when Peter was a wee lad?Beyond that, Richard Parker would have never been able to create the Suit that turns Eddie Brock into Venom.
And now Magneto's parents are Canadian? Does Ultimate Magneto have no connection to the Holocaust?
Am I the only one confused by Ultimate Origins? Has Bendis really moved to screwing up his own continuity now?

How did the Hulk even exist when Peter was six-months old?
