Joking aside, Deadpool vol 1 issues #54 and #55 was a storyline involving Deadpool and the Punisher. They have a brief skirmish in the first issue. In the second, they have a much longer fight

In the skirmish, Punisher wins, in the more prolonged battle there's no clear victor but Punisher was wining near the end of the fight

I thought that on some fundamental, unexplained level the 616 was just more important. Possibly it's simply because it's the main universe from which our stories our based.
