also in forgotten realms Drizzt found a stone capable of dispelling on magic not only in the area but world.

Black Alice count? She's more of an absorber, but last i checked she leaves magic users powerless once she takes their powers.

True, but I don't count her. I was thinking more pure specific power however. I'm surprised that there is not one, given the redundancy of most powers today.
