He'd have a hell of a time beating Thor, but he could, maybe not the majority of the time, but he definatly could pull a few out.
Mjolnir and motherbox/astroharness are very close in power, astroforce is the polar opposite of the Omega beams.
Everything else between the two are nearly equal as well, except Orion's healing is crazy. That fight could go either way forever.

Unlimited Strength
All the incarnations of the Hulk, except for the Grey Hulk, can lift approximately 100 tons when calm. The Grey Hulk starts off at approximately 75 tons. As the familiar old adage goes, "the Madder the Hulk gets, the Stronger he gets." During times of high stress or anger, an increase in adrenaline causes the Hulk's strength to increase dramatically. There has never been a limit shown as to the highest strength the Hulk can reach thus it is assumed it is limitless. The Hulk has shown many incredible feats of the years, including holding up a 150 billion ton mountain during the Secret Wars and breaking open Onslaught's armor when the combined might of the rest of the world's heroes couldn't even make a scratch in it.Thunderclap
The Hulk can slam his hands together to create a large thunderclap-type concussive force. He has employed this for various reasons including creating a concussive blast to hurt enemies, to blow away gas or put out fires, or even deafen people.Leaping/Jumping Ability
The Hulks's leg muscles are augmented so much that the Hulk can travel miles in a single casual jump. Jumping is the standard mode of transportation for the less intelligent incarnations of the Hulk. The Hulk has been known to make it into the earth's atmosphere on a single leap. Given the strength of the leap and the angle of trajectory when landing, the Hulk can create large craters and limited seismic activity when landing.Accelerated Healing
The Hulk has probably the quickest healing factor than anyone in the Marvel Universe, including Wolverine. Wounds that would be deadly to most other heroes takes just a short time for the Hulk to recover. During a battle with Vector, he repelled all of the skin off of the Hulk leaving just exposed flesh and muscle. It took the Hulk minutes to regain the mass and be completely healed. During a battle with Speedfreek, he cut the Hulk's stomach open with adamantium blades. The Hulk had to hold his stomach to prevent his insides from spilling out. Within minutes the wound had healed, but unfortunately the skin had healed around part of the Hulk's fingers. He had to rip his fingers out of his stomach and allow it to heal again. It should be noted that during the transformation from Bruce Banner to one of the various incarnations of the Hulk and back, he gains and loses large amounts of mass. The source of this mass is unknown. The amount of mass transfered is dependent on the incarnation, such as the Grey Hulk has much less mass than most of the other incarnation.The Hulk is immune to all known Earth-based diseases, including AIDS. He can operate under intense conditions for extended periods of time due to his body not developing fatigue toxins quickly.
Dynamic Durability
It has been stated that the Hulk possess a dynamic durability in relation to his increase in anger. Similar to how the Hulk gets stronger as he gets angrier, he also heal quicker and his skin becomes tougher. It is not known if the increase in healing and skin-toughening is related to IncarnationBreathing Underwater
The Hulk has been seen on the ocean floor a number of times and is able to breathe due to his body developing a gland which creates an oxygenated per fluorocarbon emulsion which fills his lungs and equalizes the pressure. He is therefore able to breathe fluid and avoid decompression and nitrogen narcosis.
Resistance to Mind Control
The Hulk has always shown an ability to resist mind control. This is probably due to the fact that there are multiple personalities residing in the Hulk's mind and a person can not control all of them at once as they offer resistance.Unusual Mental Abilities
Bruce was always afraid of his father and when he accidentally killed him, he blocked the incident in his mind. He still had a fear that his father would come back to get him so when Bruce turned into the Hulk, he gave himself the ability to see ghosts so that he could see his father coming for him. This ability has also allowed him to see Dr. Strange's astral form while others can't. Another mental ability related to this is the fact that no matter where the Hulk is in the world, he can always instinctively find his way back to the site of the original Gamma Bomb explosion in the desert. This was discovered to be caused by the spirit of the Maestro's remains calling the Hulk back so that he could absorb gamma radiation and reform.High Resistance/High Durability
The high tensile strength of the Hulk's skin allows him protection from most modern artillery such as bullets, grenades, shells, and rockets. He can withstand concussive blasts, impacts from super-powered villians, and extreme high and low temperatures. He was once deep frozen by Ice Man for an extended period of time with no ill effects. Energy Manipulation: Not usually a power associated with the Hulk, but there is a sufficient amount of evidence that the Hulk possesses at least a limited ability to manipulate forms of energy, most particularly gamma radiation. In Incredible Hulk v2 #242, the Hulk grabbed an energy shield and twisted it as though it were solid. The Hulk was also able to redirect massive amounts of gamma radiation using his bare hands in Incredible Hulk v2 #270. The Hulk's body also acts as a "gamma battery" by constantly creating and radiating gamma energy. In Incredible Hulk v2 #463, Armageddon wanted to use the Hulk's own energy to power machines capable of bringing his son back to life. However, the Hulk outsmarted him by consciously force feeding his own energy into the machines at a rate too fast for them to handle and they promptly overloaded and exploded. The extent to which Hulk controls his own energy, and foreign sources of energy, is undetermined.

Special Powers/Abilities:
The beings of New Genesis call themselves Gods and live outside of normal time and space in a realm called the Fourth World. These New Gods have evolved due to their close proximity to the Source, a primeaval energy, believed to be one of the ultimate foundations of the Universal Expression of Energy, along with their superior technology, into beings of genetic stability and evolutionary perfection. The denizens of New Genesis are stronger, faster, and smarter than homo sapiens, despite their resemblance to the same. It is believed that there is a connection between the Fourth World and the Third World (our universe) but that connection has yet to be completely explored. Since there are physical similarities, perhaps the races of the Fourth World help populate the planets of the Third World at an earlier time in the history of the Universe.Super Strength: Orion's primary ability is his superhuman strength, invulnerability, durability and hardiness. Orion is the son of Darkseid and is the second most powerful person ever born on that world after Darkseid. His physical strength is difficult to gauge accurately, but he has fought Superman to a standstill several times in direct physical conflict and has successfuly beaten Darkseid at least once. He is possibly the most powerful humanoid on Earth today. No normal Earth-made barrier or substance can possibly stop Orion if he wishes to enter an area. Few barriers, even in the Fourth World are capable of stopping Orion. Battles that have had Orion at the scene are known to be catastrophically destructive and often have extreme loss of life.
Endurance/Stamina: Orion's stamina is legendary. Only on Apokolips or New Genesis, are there any beings with the ability to compete with Orion in a conflict of any nature. Bolstered by his rage and his mother box, Orion is a virtually inexhaustible engine of destruction. This does not mean that Orion does not tire. In battles against foes of near equal might, such as Kalibak or Darkseid, Orion has been seen to fatigue, only after hours of continuous combat. The scale at which these beings operate is well above what we have come to expect from terrestrial metahumans.
Weapons and Tools:
The Astro-Harness: an alien artifact of unknown origin even amongst the New Gods. Worn around his waist, shoulder and slung over his feet, it is capable of several abilities and is used exclusively by Orion. The device makes Orion able to fly at speeds up to Mach 6 in atmosphere, or at speeds above 150,000 mph in space. It is unknown whether Orion actually needs the device to protect him from the ravages of interstellar space, but considering his natural durablity, it is unlikely.Self Repairing: Like much of the technology of New Genesis, the Astro-Harness is capable of self-repair and will repair itself completely as long as any portion of the device exists. This is believed to be from the influence of the Mother Box, because she has a link to the Source and a perfect memory of what the Astro-Harness is, she can recreate it from the native materials available around her.
Astro-force projection: The most potent power of this device is its projection of Positive Astro Force in beams origininating from the hand portions of the harness for small blasts, and from the hands and the chest plate for blasts against inanimate objects, large starships or invulnerable super beings. This weapon is so powerful, it has been used from orbit to attack land dwelling targets or to attack other space craft.
Energy Manipulation: The Astro-harness can also acts as a barrier to attacks directed at Orion, protecting him from injury. It can also absorb stray energy from the environment in order to power itself, in the event that its access to the source has been cut off.
The Mother Box: The true nature of these living computers/beings is unknown. Called Mother Boxes by their users/partners, these beings/devices possess wonderous powers and abilities not understood even by their users. How they came to be involved with the beings of New Genesis is not known. Mother Boxes have sacrificed themselves for causes they have believed in and are greatly respected by the people of New Genesis, speaking of them as loving, living entitites in the shape of a small box worn much like a common day pager on Earth.
Mother Boxes have been seen to: Access the Energy of the Source for various effects, change the gravitational constant of an area, transfer energy from one place to another, control the mental state of a host, communicate telepathically with a host or other life form, manipulate the life-force of a host to sustain it past fatal injuries, open or close boom-tubes, take over and control non-sentient machines, evolve non-sentient machines, merge sentient beings into a single more powerful being, sustain a life form in a hostile environment such as space, and many others. Mother Boxes have an affinity for the Source and are believed to draw their power it.
Orion's mother box expends much of its energy keeping Orion's rage in check. When she is not doing that she is maintaining Orion's link to the Source and directing the energies of his Astro Harness.
Psychological intolerant: Orion's second weakness is a psychological one. He is unable to reconcile his destructive nature with the more gentle teachings of New Genesis. As such, personality traits such as patience or tolerance are in short supply with Orion. Highly intelligent, he simply has no real understanding of what it means to be weaker than someone else and confuses weakness with defenselessness. He will rarely use restraint unless someone is there to remind him to do so, and his initial solution to most problems is to destroy the offending organism, device, creature, parademon, etc. He has recently shown displeasure with being sent to Earth and has had to be physically restrained on more than one occassion.

Iron Man was absorbing Hulk's gamma radiation, weakening him. It's not like he just walked up on Hulk and laid him out with his strength alone. That's like Batman KOing Superman with a Kryptonite ring.
