I say that it is of my opinion that he has probably molested children in the past. In this particular event, I don't know. What I base my opinions on is his behaviour over the last years, the number of times this has come up and the amount of hush money that has been paid. Can you convict on those? No. It doesn't lessen my belief that he is guilty of deviant behaviour.
I do however still believe that the court system is, in many ways, very innefective.

They just asked the Chief Prosecutor if this is the end of him persecuting Michael Jackson and his reply was.............no comment.
They asked him if there was someone else that came up to him with allegations against MJ what would he do. He replied that they would review it as any other case, YET there were lessons to be learned from this case.
When asked what are these lessons learned he said that considering the celebrity factor they would have to take a different approach when conducting a review of the allegations.
When asked if they put the wrong family against MJ, he replied in the negative and said he had absolute respect for the Judge and the Jury

There are many who still think he's guilty of molesting children. This just proved that the system didn't work, he was at least guilty of allowing minors access to liquor.
You made a statement of fact that there is proof the system does not work, even declaring Michael Jackson was guilty of supplying minors with alcohol even though the jury found him not guilty of those charges.
The system worked just fine. Both sides presented evidence, and a decision was made based on the evidence presented. The man is not guilty of any of the crimes that he was tried for. By the letter of the law, this is a fact.
Funny how the system never works when we disagree with it.

Another thread on this, I know. But the trial is now over and over for good! Somewhere in the back of my mind I always thought Jackson was innocent. After the jury read each Trial Count as unguilty..I clapped. I believe Jackson, after all of this, has learned his lesson and I've watched all of this all evening on at LEAST 5 different channels. I believe Jackson'll change his ways and invite a few less little boys over, unless he brings their parents over with them! Some of these accounts I had never even heard that he had been charged of, but im glad they're all cleared up. The jurors did an excellent job and Im glad its finally over after...2 years or so.
I also believed that the mother and family of the 12 year old boy who survived cancer (We all saw it, on the video), they talked about, and I believe that she framed him. I think, as wierd as people think Michael is, a good percentage of this crap was all framed to get a bunch of money from him, and some attention for themselves!

It must be bliss living in a world that is so black and white, where you can believe and accept anything that the politicians or a jury of your peers tells you as fact.
But don't you find it odd that there was more physical evidence to prove O.J. Simpson guilty than there was to prove Peterson guilty?
The system does not work all the time, it is based on the premise that:
1. All people will tell the truth when on the witness stand.
2. That jury members actually have a clue about the law and will not let their personal biases affect their judgement.
