Haha. Hey, that'd be one awesome character, Jedi Master Joker. He'd have purple robes and a lightsaber that changed colors or something lol. He'd kick major ass.
The most recent issue of Wizard magazine polled fans about who they thought would be a good casting choice for Joker in future Batman films. The majority went to Alan Cumming (Nightcrawler) with 23% of the votes. 22% went to Paul Bettany, 16% to Adrian Brody, 11% to Sam Rockwell, and 10% to Ralph Fiennes. The lower scores went to the likes of "other" recieveing 9%, 5% to Jeremy Irons, while Crispin Glover recieved only 3%.
Rockwell was in Matchstick Men and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, he'd be ok, not my favorite choice though. Bettany is in that film with Harrison Ford right now, the nearly bald guy. I don't see him being The Joker, or Cumming, whatsoever. The rest have a shot, definitely. My favorite out of that list is Adrien Brody, with a second being Fiennes maybe, cause he's a freakin awesome actor.
About the idea of Crispin Glover being Joker... I think he would have made a good Scarecrow in BB... now don't get me wrong, I love Cillian, and he did an amazing job... but I think Crispin would have had more characteristic resemblances to Crane, more than Cillian anyway... plus watch Willard and tell me how he wouldn't make a good psycho-Scarecrow!
Personally I can see him as Scarecrow more than I can Joker... he just doesn't fit the part of Clown Prince to me...
