Logan is capable of doing what you don't expect him to do!
That's part of the appeal of the character!
HOWEVER - what the big M have got to take care to do is not go over the top with him - no nukes, no regrowing from a single cell etc again.
If written in the way he consistantly is, he's not as fast or strong or agile as Spiderman.
He has however shown instances where he is.
But every hero does that - Superman's flown across the galaxy in mere panels - doesn't mean he travels at Xtimes the speed of light all the time.

spidey's more agile due to spider sense and strength...wolverines agility is comparative but restricted due to strength...

Wolverine 1-Classic Wolverine.Thisis the guy with Andamantium bones peak level human ability and faster than normal healing
Wolverine 2-This will be the Wolverine that shrugs off hits from Hulk even without Andamantium can tag Quicksilver with his Superhuman speed His healing factor can bring him back if erased from reality by the Living Tribunal and can smite hundreds of characters like Spiderman with fireballs from eyes and bolts of lightning from his arse
Batman 1-Classic Batman.This is the worlds greatest dective an expert martial artist and a gadgeteer that makes devices to fight thugs and guys like Joker
Batman 2-aka Planman.You may know him in Marvel as Dr.Doom but in DC hes caled Batman.This is the guy that has contingiancy plans for when he goes to the bathroom to defend against each specific creature in the universe and afterwards in case theytry and steal a styool sample.He can beat any creature by negating all their abilties with his Plan-vision
Spiderman 1/2/3-First is normal spidey 10 ton strength faster than any human dodges bullets easily etc.Spidey 2 is the one that thats basically a mediocre acrobat who claims to have super strength but can barely take a single grown man down.Spidey 3 is the one that can punch out Heralds of Galactus or Pre-Crisis Superman
