you really have to have a clear understanding of how the power level system works to fully understand what a dbz character is capable of... these low end feats at GIVEN power levels are the basis for their use in the sagas..

Meh, what it comes down to is this... superman's been hit by slower characters (this is recent, and it's been proven).
superman's been staggered by characters of comparative strength levels to goku (this is both recent and proven as well).
superman's been hurt by less than planet exploding forces.. (i.e. war worlder lazers)
and yet none of this matters to you... nor do any of the conclusive evidence presented of any dbz character doing anything...
by saying that majin vegeta couldn't plow up the earth and affirming your belief to that, you're not only ignoring the explanations made for you but ignoring that freeza (with a pl ridiculously smaller than maijin vegeta) blew up the planet with the tip of his finger.. and then you get upset with people trying to lower superman down when you're clearly doing the same to the dbz characters...
from that, all I can really say is this... you've proven that superman is very powerful... you have not proven that goku is any less powerful.
the only way you've been able to appeal to such an idea is by misinterpreting events in dbz while ignoring others..
