Movies aren't cannon, they're not in the same timeline as the manga. In that case I should use non cannon Superman versions then.
If Goku could just use IT in a fight like that, how could he NOT beat Cell or Buu, because he obviously has a Speed Advantage with it.
Fact is, IT takes a few seconds to use. It's a techinque, requires both acquiring a target and locking onto it, which is why you never see it used more than a special trick against Cell in the series. Trying to use it in combat would mean he'd have to lock onto the ki every time, put his fingers up to his head, and then actually complete the technique, which would take more time than simply moving.
Not only that, but he can't come out IT with a punch or a kick. He's never done that before; he's only ever come out of IT the way he went in, which normally means he has his fingers up to his head and he's towing a Kamehameha with him or a person. It really can't be used to strike someone, or he'd probably have already done it once before.
Post-Crisis Supes is the only Superman I'm using. Cell wasn't able to use IT until he regenerated from Gohan's blast, not during his fight against Goku.
IT whould be useless in a fight.
Oh and they're not throwing planet destroying blasts (I mean as soon as even a small blast touch the planet, it should blow up), they charge their blasts forcing it threw the planet (with a Kamehameha wave or any other special moves that can be charged).
Superman wins. He's faster, way stronger, way more durable, and has far more stamina (he can fight for weeks).
SSJ3 Goku won't last long in a fight against Supes, heck he spent the whole fight against Kid Buu trying to save energy because he loses it to fast. He could barely keep it togather (it's why Vegeta needed to step in). And they have never fought for entire days. Prove it? Anything Goku throws at Supes will be stoped, then Supes will easily finish the job with a punch.

Oh and Batman whould die from a little slap from Supes finger! 🙂 And ssj3 Goku or any other DBZ character whould fall easily from a punch by Supes! 😄

What I don't get is why aren't all the episodes and movies canon when they're all written by the creator?(excluding dbgt)
If you pay attention to when the movies take place then you can place them in the time line.For example when Cooler first comes to earth that can be placed in the 3 year gap between the arrival of trunks and the androids.
he's not trying to counter what I've said because he can't plain and simple...
they don't want to include those movies because they're scared of what it means (ie them admitting supes gets an asswhoopin here)
but at the same time they keep bringing up sundipped supes, superman 1 million, alternate timeline superman feats, and superman prime like it's the holy grail or something... like a little even we like to refer to as crisis on infinate earths didn't take place at all...
in any case goku wins.. he's too powerful, and too fast compared to what superman has displayed.. don't get me wrong.. supes supporters have definitely elevated my respect for the man of steel with everything they've said here.. and while they have shown superman to be extremely impressive they however have not shown superman to be more impressive than goku...

When I sided with goku movies were banned too that's why I switched sides. 🙁

Copying and paste saves me the need to go around in circles, the DBZ fans really does nothing but repeat themselves! 🙂 And Movies aren't cannon. None of the movies were created by Toriyama. Do you think Goku them whould have had time to go fight Brolly during the Cell games? 😕

We don't want to include movies because their not apart of the DBZ timeline, it whouldn't help Goku anyways. Like I said, if we use non-cannon DBZ, then it's only fare to use non-cannon Superman.
Normal Superman is more powerful, so he wins! 🙂 Supes is faster, stronger, more durable, and has far more stamina; it's obvious that he'll win. Supes could either take ssj3 Goku out by one huge punch, melt him with Heat Vision, lobotimze him, or take the fight to space. Easy match really! 😄

The sword of superman's power is unknown really except they make the weilder one with the universe.
