DOWN GOES FRAZIER!!!!this of course takin place in the air superman would fall to the ground and ss3 goku would fly away with supermans girl ( louis ) and the end

So SSJ3 Goku can blind Supes and power up fast enough to cause a massive destroying blast to kill Superman. I mean Supes is hella durable. The plan mentioned above just will not work

IT is nothing but teleportation basically. IT doesn't make Goku faster than Superman. As for physical feats, what has Goku done that puts him on par with Superman? Lifting 40 ton weights? Lifting a boulder? Even if Goku is faster, he's still not stronger so it doesn't matter. He can hit him as many times as he wants but he'll just be wasting energy. The most Goku would be able to give Superman is a scratch or a cut.
he doesn't have to be stronger.. he's far more powerful...

well yeah dbz acknowledges that bu had the power to destroy the universe galaxy by galaxy if he wished to do so.. goku at level 3 was stronger than buu but due to buu's regeneration he had difficulty winning the fight.
as a side note: also brolly was strong enough and did eliminate a galaxy with only a portion of his power and ss3 goku is STILL stronger than that...
also we have to remember that the warhead isn't the same as chi blasts used by DBZ characters...
chi blasts can be concentrated to inflict damage. chi amplification can be major problems for supes.. I'm surprised no one has yet brough karate kid into this debate... that guy is nothing BUT chi amplification and he gives the likes of superboy, and ultraboy fits.
Goku EASILY. and the only people that say different are uniformed or they just dislike dbz. Superman, superman prime whatever isn't more durable like some people claim and he is not physically stronger. Goku has lifted way more than 40 tons without being ssj, people always try to point to that like that was Goku's best showing, that was one of the weird loop hole type moments in dbz, and he was dead while it happended. It was said that buu could go and blow up the universes one by one. Piccolo at 1,000 something power level was able to blow up the moon. By the end they are easily in the hundreds of millions.
Supes can take galaxy destroying blasts, and show me where its hinted that Goku has the capability of exerting force in the quintillions (one armed). I mean different incarnations of Supes have done many things. From sneezing a solar system out of existence, i mean just a freaking sneeze, to punching thousands of years into the future.
