Here is what proves Goku can beat Superman once and for all. Being that DBZ attacks are spiritual and Superman attacks are physical this would mean they have two different affects on impact. I don't have to explain Superman's physical attacks so I'll skip to DBZ' spiritual attacks.
A kamehameha, galick gun, masenko, etc. is essentially spiritual energy. So when you get hit by it, it not only hurts physically it also hurts inside your body in your soul. Superman's may have the strongest outside but i bet his inside is soft like applesauce as evidenced by the lame "I killed someone" he went through.

Or Goku could Instant Transmission to another planet. Then build a Universal Spirit Bomb and then IT back and blast Superman to smithereens. Now you're probably gonna say something like "Supes would just dodge it". But you know and I know that Superman thinks he's the best and he would think he could deflect it. Only to realize he's not strong enough.

No it doesn't. There energy attacks are life energy. The Kamehameha wave is to slow, he'll be KOed before hes given the chance to throw that attack. SSJ3/4 Goku won't be taking more than two punches from Supes before hes KOed and Supes can also use Ice Breath to freeze him long enough to KO him with Heat Vision (doesn't have to be much, 5-6000 degrees is enough to finish any of them of the DBZ/GT characters off). 🙂

Spirit Bomb takes way to long to consider even doing, so that's out. Supes also does after images and is far faster than anybody from DBZ/GT so he'll fail in speed as well. Goku has no chance at beating Supes.🙂

Superman is a physical guy his body is tough. That's like saying if Raditz' body went through a double black hole that he could beat SS4 Goku just because he has a tough body.

I know the spirit bomb would take a long time to do that's why i said to IT to another planet.
You guys are just jealous that I, the obvious A.K.A The Master of All He Surveys, have proven that Goku, The True Legendary Super Saiyan, can beat Superman, The Man of Steel. I just thought of something Goku could just go Golden Oozaru on him. Not only does that multiply his power level by 10 it also gives him a huge boost in Physical Strength. That is what makes Oozaru forms so special. People in DBZ rely mostly on Spirit Energy than the physical, but in Oozaru/Golden Oozaru forms not only is your spirit energy increased but also the physical. I doubt that Superman would expect the mouth blast. He also wouldn't know to cut off the tail.

SSJ3 Goku was only able to lift halve a city and ssj4 Goku struggle with a building, Supes lift small moons and push planets with light speed engines going against him, hes far stronger than anybody from DBZ/GT. And Supes doesn't need to cut off the Oozaru tail to win. Supes whould off ssj3/4 Goku with one or two puches. 🙂
