On par? No. I've always said that I think Juggernaut is more durable. What I did say that Juggernaut is on Thor's level, i.e Top Tier level in terms of durability. His highs are not higher than Thor's or Superman's highs and his lows are just as low as Thor's or Superman's. On average though he seems more durable hence why I said his more durable than either but in the same tier/level. What's so hard to comprehend?
Low showing. Both of their durability was crap in that issue. If you want to use that as a basis for anything than going by Juggernaut's lower showings, the same thing would happen to him only he'd be hurt A LOT worse.

He states however that although the two are fairly even, he thinks at that point the Hulk was stronger. He must not have read all the fights where Thor fights an enraged Hulk for hours.
Also Thor wasn't out of it either. The fight would have continued if it wasn't a one shot apparently.
