Does that sound right? Cap isn't even "twice as fast" as Usain Bolt? No. Of course not. But that's because the term, "faster," used in comparisons like "Person X is twice as fast as Person Y" isn't actually mathematically accurate at all. It's a figure of speech. It's colloquial. So let's stop trying to justify comic character feat capability through pure mathematical measure extrapolated from the liberal use of colloquial terminology.
Furthermore, let's stop trying to justify Wolverine throwing 25 fully cocked and extended punches in a single second. And you're nonsense equation leaves out the context that had Cap carrying a full grown man (dead weight) across long distance. That's not indicative of his sprinting speed, short distance, free from the constraints of armor, and extra weight.

25 punches per second means Wolverine is roughly ten times faster than a cream of the crop of skilled humans. Not exactly unreasonable, especially for a character with superhuman attributes who has had Spider-man questioning his speed.

As such there was no need to equate that approval as such, nor was there a need to undermine me thereafter as a result.
