She can do all that in one second it would take Iceman to freeze her blood...

She has normal human speed...she is not an Flash.

when storm uses her powers she sometimes can use lightning through her body, it'll be pretty hard to freeze her blood. and PR, she is capable of all those things, it's not overrating her. she is extremley powerful, and tons more than cyke. she easily beats him, that's basic knowlege. and in the issue, jean, bishop and bobby are all trapped in Masterminds world. jean and cyke are married and have kids, bishop is with his sister, and bobby is famous for being an x-man. meanwhile in the real world X-cutioner easilt beats archangel and he cuts colosssus in half. then storm comes along(the comic states that storm is one of the most powerful mutants to ever walk the earth) and easily defeats him. then mastermind is starting to die and the x-men have to escape. he lets them go and tells jean he loves her as he dies. that is a bad description.
